Abstract

본 발명은 오스테나이트 스텐레스 강판을 산세하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 황산수용액에 질산나트륨을 첨가하여 예비 탈스케일처리함으로써 산세공정의 생산성 및 품질향상을 도모할 수 있는 오스테나이트계 스텐레스 냉연 소둔강판을 전해산세방법을 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 오스테나이트 스텐레스 냉연소둔강판을 산화성 분위기에서 소둔처리한 후 탈스케일 처리한 다음, 산세처리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 탈스케일처리가 5-10wt% 황산수용액에 5-10wt%의 NaNO3가 첨가되어 조성되는 전해산세액을 50-60℃의 온도범위로 유지하고, 전류밀도를 0.1-0,3A/cm2으로하여 전해함으로써, 행하여지는 오스테나이트계, 스텐레스 냉연소둔강판의 전해산세방법을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 오스테나이트 스텐레스 냉연소둔강판을 산화성 분위기에서 소둔처리한 후 탈스케일 처리한 다음, 산세처리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 탈스케일처리가 5-10wt% 황산수용액에 5-10wt%의 NaNO3가 첨가되어 조성되는 전해산세액을 50-60℃의 온도범위로 유지하고, 전류밀도를 0.1-0,3A/cm2으로하여 전해함으로써, 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스텐레스 냉연소둔강판의 전해산세방법.
