Abstract
본 발명은 여러 불순물들을 포함하고 있는 L-페닐알라닌 발효액으로부터 고순도로 L-페닐알라닌을 회수하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 균체를 막 분리한 후 L-페닐알라닌을 L-페닐알라닌 황산염으로 하여 1차 결정을 회수함으로서 결정순도 및 수율을 향상시키고, 유기용매를 첨가하여 결정수율을 향상시키면서 불순물 누적을 방지하여 현장공정 적용이 가능하도록 하였다.The present invention relates to a method for recovering L-phenylalanine with high purity from L-phenylalanine fermentation broth containing various impurities.
