Abstract

본 발명은 폴리아미드 수지와 폴리프로필렌 수지를 주성분으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물이 제공되는 것으로, 폴리아미드 수지 10 내지 90중량부, 폴리프로필렌 수지 10 내지 90중량부, 및 아이오노머 1 내지 30중량부로 구성되고, 아미오노머는 에틸렌과 메타아크릴산 (E/MAA)의 코폴리머를 기초로한 산그룹에 이온가교형태로 금속염이 부분적으로 반응된 것을 사용하는 것이며 자동차용 소재 및 전기, 전자 부품 제조에 유용한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 폴리아미드 수지 10 내지 90중량부, 폴리프로필렌 수지 10 내지 90중량부, 및 아이오노머 1 내지 30중량부로 구성된 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지는 아니론6, 나이론66, 나이론 12 또는 이들중에서 선택된 공중합물 또는 이들 중에서 선택된 둘 이상의 블렌드인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지는 호모 폴리프로필렌 수지 혹은 폴리프로필렌 수지를 70%이상 함유하는 결정성을 갖는 폴리프로플렌 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 아이오머는 에틸렌과 메타아크릴산(E/MAA)의 코폴리머를 기초로하여 산그룹(Acidgroups)에 이온가교 형태로 금속염이 부분적으로 반응된것(이온적으로 가교된 구조)을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
