Abstract

본 발명은 휠을 회전 가능하게 고정시켜 주는 너클과; 상기 너클의 전측에 차체의 길이 방향으로 배치되어 후단이 상기 너클의 하부 전측부에 일체로 연결되고 선단 연결부에는 탄성부시를 개재시켜 차체와 연결되는 트레일링 아암과; 차체에 대하여 횡방향으로 배치되어 상기 너클의 하측부를 차체에 연결하여 주는 프론트 및 리어 로워 컨트롤 아암과; 쇽 업소오버와 스프링이 일체로 형성되어 상단은 인술레이터를 개재시켜 차체에 현가 지지되고 하단은 상기 너클과 일체로 연결이 이루어 지는 스트러트 어셈블리와; 그리고 상기 프론트 로워 아암의 차체측 단이 연결되는 전측부와 상기 리어 로워 아암의 차체측 단이 연결되는 후측부를 가지며 후측으로 치우쳐 고무스토퍼로 형성되어 차체 또는 서브프레임과 연결되는 연결수단을 구성하고 있는 링크 아암을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 현가장치 를 제공한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 현가장치의 구성을 나타내기 위한 개략 사시도이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 현가장치에 전후력이 걸렸을 때의 작동상태를 나타낸 평면이고,
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 현가장치에 횡력이 가해졌을 때의 작동상태를 나타낸 평면도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 휠(1)을 회전 가능하게 고정시켜 주는 너클(2)과; 상기 너클(2)의 전측에 차체의 길이 방향으로 배치되어 후단이 상기 너클(2)의 하부 전측부에 일체로 연결되고 선단 연결부에는 탄성부시(11)를 개재시켜 차체와 연결되는 트레일링 아암(10)과; 차체에 대하여 횡방으로 배치되어 상기 너클(2)의 하측부를 차체에 연결하여 주는프론트 및 리어 로워 컨트롤 아암(20)(22)과; 쇽 업소오버(31)와 스프링(32)이 일체로 형성되어 상단은 인술레이터를 개재시켜 차체에 현가 지짖되고 하단은 상기 너클(2)과 일체로 연결이 이루어지는 스트러트 어셈블리(30)와; 그리고 상기 프론트 로워 아암(20)의 차체측 단이 연결되는 전측부와 상기 리어 로워 아암(22)의 차체측 단이 연결되는 후측부를 가지며 후측으로 치우쳐 고무스토퍼로 형성되어 차체 또는 서브프레임과 연결되는 연결수단(41)을 구성하고 있는 링크 아암(40)을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 현가장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로트 로워 아암(20)과 리어 로워 아암(22)의 차체측 연결부는 탄성부시를 개재하여 링크아암과 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 현가장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 링크 아암(40)이 구성하는 연결수단 (41)은 수선을 그었을 때 휠 센터(C)보다 후측에 위치하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 차량용 현가장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연결수단은 내측관(411)과 외측관 (412)을 가지고 그 사이에 고무스토퍼(410)가 삽입되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 차량용 현가장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고무스토퍼(410)에는 이것의 전후측으로 아크형 홀(413)(414)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 현가장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 링크 아암(40)의 차체측 면에는 두 개의 탄성연결수단을 개재하여 차체와 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 현가장치.
  7. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내측관(411)은 이것의 전후대칭으로 돌기(415)(416)를 형성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 차량용 현가장치.
