Abstract
본 발명은 에탄, 프로판 및 에탄과 프로판의 혼합기체 탈수소화용 촉매조성물 및 그 제조방법이 제공되는 것으로,담체로서 감마 알루미나를 사용하고, 함유 원소 기준으로 백금을 0.1-2중량%, 주석을 0.1-1중량%, 알칼리 금속을 상기 감마 알루미나의 알루미늄 대비 금속원소비로 0.02-0.2, 지르코늄 혹은 텅스텐을 상기 백금 담지량의 1-50중량%, 및 염소를 1-4중량% 함유하여 조성되며 반응 활성 및 선택성이 높고 장시간 안정성을 지속하는 효과가 있다.The present invention provides a catalyst composition for dehydrogenation of ethane, propane, and mixed gas of ethane and propane, and a method for preparing the same, using gamma alumina as a carrier, 0.1-2% by weight of platinum, and 0.1-% tin 1% by weight, alkali metal is 0.02-0.2 in the metal element ratio of the aluminum of the gamma alumina, zirconium or tungsten is contained by containing 1-50% by weight of the platinum loading, and 1-4% by weight of chlorine, the reaction activity and It has high selectivity and long lasting stability.
