Abstract
버어너본체(2)에 전면에 위치한 오목형 1차 연소타일(3)과, 이 1차 연소타일(3)을 사이에 두고 노내에 개구한 2개의 유로(5a,5b)와 이들 유로(5a,5b)와 1차 연소타일(3)을 연통하는 구멍(6a,6b)을 배설하고, 1차 연소타일(3)의 중앙부에 연료분사노즐(7)을 배치하여, 2개의 유로(5a,5b)를 각각 축열체(10a,10b)에 접속하였다. 연소공기의 일부가 구멍(6a,6b)을 개재하여 1차 연소타일(3)에 공급되고 이곳에서 연료가스와 확산 혼합되어 1차 연소한다. 또 유로(5a,5b)에서 직접 분사된 연소공기가 접촉 혼합되어 2차연소한다, 즉 저 NOx의 2단 연소가 달성된다.A concave primary combustion tile 3 located in front of the burner body 2, two flow passages 5a and 5b opened in the furnace with the primary combustion tile 3 interposed therebetween, and these flow passages 5a. 5b and holes 6a and 6b communicating with the primary combustion tile 3 are disposed, and the fuel injection nozzles 7 are disposed in the center of the primary combustion tile 3, and the two flow paths 5a, 5b) was connected to the heat storage bodies 10a and 10b, respectively.
