Claims (4)
- 하우징(1)에 장착되는 정치측 접동링(52)과, 회전축(2)의 외주에 장착되고 상기 정지측 접동링(52)의 단면에 밀접하게 접동되는 회전축 접동링(56)을 구비한 메카니칼 시일에 있어서, 상기 회전측 접동링(56)의 표면으로서 밀봉대상액에 접촉되는 외주면 전체에 걸쳐서 금속도금필름막층(57)이 형성된것을 특징으로 하는 메카니칼 시일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정지측 접동링(52)의 표면으로서 밀봉대상액에 접촉되는 외주면 전체에 걸쳐서 금속도금필름층(57)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니칼 시일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전축 접동링(55)의 외주변을 밀봉하기 위하여 상기 회전축(2)과 회전축 접동링(55) 사이에 삽입된 에라스토머 개스킷(55)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니칼 시일.
- 제3항에 있어서, 외주변으로 연장한 돌기부(51a)는 상기 에라스토머 개스킷(55)상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니칼 시일.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
