Abstract

방향족기 및 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 사슬에 의하여 완전히 치환된 신규한 포스파젠 유도체는 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 기재의 오일 및 그리스용 안정화제로서 이용된다. 이러한 유도체는 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 사슬이 산화 대기중에 알루미늄, 티타늄, 바나듐 또는 이들 합금, 또는 강철과 같은 금속의 존재하에서 고온에 접할 때 이들 사슬에 영향을 주는 분해 과정을 억제한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 환상 또는 선형구조를 갖는 포스파젠 유도체 :
    상기식에서, n은 환상구조의 경우에는 0이고, 선형구조외 경우에는 1이고 ; m은 3 내지 7의 정수이며 ; 기 A는 서로 같거나 다르며, 다음 식의 기 ; (ⅰ)R-Q-[여기서 Q는 -0-, -S-, -NR1-(여기서, Rl은 수소 또는 Cl-C4알킬이다.), 및 -NH-NH-로부터 선택되는 2가 기이고 ; R은 Cl-C4알킬, -OR2, -NR3R4, -NO2-F 및 -Cl(여기서, R2R3및 R4는 수소 또는 Cl-C4알킬이다)로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 기에 의하여 치환될 수 있는 C6-C12아릴기 기이다] ; 및 (ⅱ) Rf-CH2O(CH2CH2O)s-[여기서 s는 0,1 또는 2이고 ; Rf는 분자량이 400∼10,000 범위니이면서 다음의 단위 ;및 (CFXO) (여기서, X는 -F 또는 -CF3기이다) ; (b) (CF2CF2O) 및 (CF2O) ;(CF2CF2O) 및 (CFXO) (여기서, X는 -F 또는 -CF3이다) ; (d)CF2O); (e)(CYZ-CF2CF2O) (여기서 Y 및 Z는 서로 같거나 다르며 F, Cl 또는 H이다) ; 및 (f)(CF2CF2O)로부터 선택된 반복단위(다양한 반복단위들이 사슬을 따라 통계적으로 분포되어 있다)로 구성되어 있는 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 사슬이다]로부터 선택되지만, 다만, 하나 이상의 (ⅰ)형의 기와 하나 이상의 (ⅱ)형의 기는 동일한 분자량으로 존재하며 ; 기 R-Q-는 또한, 동일한 P원자에 결합되며 다음 형태 :

  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, m이 3 또는 4인 포스파젠 유도체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 사슬 Rf의 분자량이 400 내지 4,000 범위인 포스파젠 유도체.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 사슬 Rf가 다음 부류로부터 선택되는 포스파젠 유도체 :
    (상기식에서, T는 -CF3, -C2F5, -C3F7, -CF2Cl, -C2F4Cl, -C3F6Cl로부터 선택된 (퍼)플루오로알킬기이고 ; X는 -F 또는 -CF3이며 ; Z는 -F, -Cl 또는 -CF3이며 ; m 및 n은 n/m비가 0.01 내지 0.5 범위이면서 분자량이 상술한 범위내에 있도록 하는 수이다) ;
    (상기 식에서, T1은 -CF3, -C2F5, -CF2Cl, -C2F4Cl로부터 선택된 (퍼)플루오로알킬기이고 ; Z1는 -F 또는 -Cl 이며 ; p 및 q는 q/p비가 0.5 내지 2 범위이면서 분자량이 상술한 범위내에 있도록 하는 수이다) ;
    (상기식에서, T는 -CF3, -C2F5, -C3F7, -CF2Cl, -C2F4Cl, -C3F6Cl로부터 선택된 (퍼)플루오로알킬기이고 ; X는 -F 또는 -CF3이며 ; Z는 -F, -Cl 또는 -CF3이며 ; r,s 및 t는 (r+s)가 1 내지 50 범위이면서 t/(r+s)가 0.01 내지 0.05 범위내이고 분자량이 상술한 범위내에 있도록 하는 수이다) ;
    (상기식에서, T는 -C2F5또는 -C3F7이고 u는 분자량이 상술한 범위내에 있도록 하는 수이다) ;
    (상기 식에서, Y 및 Z는 서로 같거나 다르며, F, Cl 또는 H이고 ; T는 -CF3, -C2F5또는 -C3F7이며 ; v는 분자량이 상술한 범위내에 있도록 하는 수이다) ; 및
    (상기식에서, T는 -CF3, 또는 -C2F5이고 ; w는 분자량이 상술한 범위내에 있도록 하는 수이다).
  7. 일반식 [Cl4P]n-(N=PCl2-)m-(Cl)n(여기서, n 및 m′은 상술한 청구항들에서 정의한 바와 같다)의 퍼클로로포스파젠을 미리 염기로 처리된 일반식 R-Q-H의 방향족 화합물 및 일반식 Rf-CH2O(CF2CF2O)s-OH (여기서, R, Q 및 Rf는 상술한 청구항들에서 정의한 바와 같다)의 피플투오로폴리에테르 화합물과 반응시켜, 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 포스파젠 유도체의 제조방법.

  9. 제7항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 퍼클로로포스파젠을 우선적으로 염기로 미리 처리된 방향족 화합을 R-Q-H와, 퍼클로로포스파젠에 대한 방향족 화합물의 몰비가 2 : 1 내지 5 : 1의 범위인 양으로, 반응시킨 다음, 염기로 미리 처리된 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 화합물 Rf-CH2O(CH2CH2O)s-OH와, 퍼클로로포스파젠에 대한 퍼플루투오로 폴리에테르 화합물의 몰비가 2 : 1 내지 5 : 1의 범위인 양으로 반응시키는 제조방법.
  10. (a)퍼플루오로폴리에테르 기재의 오일 또는 그리스 ; 및 (b) 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 일반식(I)의 포스파젠 유도체 0.05 내지 3중량%를 함유하는 윤활유 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 포스파젠 유도체가 0.5 내지 1중량% 범위내의 양으로 함유되는 윤활용 조성물.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 성분 (a)의 퍼플루오로폴리에테르가 다음 부류중으로 부터 선택된 윤활유 조성물 :
    (상기식에서, X는 -F 또는 -CF3이고, A 및 A′는 서로 같거나 다르며, -CF3, -C2F5또는 -C3F7이며 ; m 및 n은 물질의 점도가 10 내지 4000 cSt 범위내에 오도록 하는 수이며, 이러한 다양한 단위들은 사슬상에 통계적으로 분포되어진다) ;
    (상기식에서, B는 -C2F5또는 -C3F7이고, m 은 점도가 상술한 범위내에 오도톡 하는 수이다) ;
    (상기식에서, m은 점도가 상술한 범위내에 오도록 하는 수이다) ;
    (상기식에서, X는 -F 또는 -CF3이고 ; A 및 A′는 서로 같거나 다르며, -CF3, -C2F5또는 -C3F7이며 ; m ,n 및 q는 점도가 상술한 범위내에 오도록 하는 수이다) ;
    (상기식에서, A 및 A′는 서로 같거나 다르며, -CF3또는 -C2F5이고 ; p 및 q는 점도가 상술한 범위내에 오도록 하는 수이다) ;
    (상기식에서, A 및 A′는 서로 같거나 다르며, -CF3, -C2F5또는 -C3F7이고 ; m은 물질의 점도가 상술한 범위내에 오도록 하는 수이다) ;

  13. 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 기재의 오일 및 그리스용 안정화제로서 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 포스파젠 유도체의 용도.
  14. 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 기재의 오일 및 그리스용 내마모성 첨가제로서 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 포스파젠 유도체의 용도.
