Abstract

본 발명은 각종 고분자물질로 이루어진 부직포를 이용하여 원통형 카트리지 필터를 제작하는 장치와, 상기 장치를 이용하여 생산된 전면접착형 필터에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세히는, 부직포의 기공은 그대로 유지시키면서 표면층의 특히 일부만을 용융시켜 이를 전면(全面) 접착하는 원통형 카트리지필터 제작장치와, 그 전면 접착형필터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 부직포의 층간을 서로 용융접합시키기 위하여, 열전도 가열식 판상가열기와, 열복사 가열식 적외선 분광가열기등을 이용하여 1차예열 작업을 실시하고, 고온의 공기를 이용한 열풍가열기와, 가열 압착로울러 및, 적외선 분광가열기등에 의해 2차가열작업이 이루어지게 된다. 따라서 본 발명에 의하면 부직포원단층이 서로 접착된 상태로 원통형을 이루기때문에 완제품의 견고성 및 내구성이 크게 강화되고, 부직포 원단의 내부구조가 매우 조밀하게 이루어지기 때문에 1마이크론이하의 미립자도 제거할수 있으며, 중심부에 별도의 플라스틱 지지심을 사용하지 않아도 되기때문에 불필요한 공정의 단축 및 인력비등이 절감되어 작업생산성이 크게 향상되는 효과를 얻게 된다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a cylindrical cartridge filter using a nonwoven fabric made of various polymer materials, and a front adhesive filter produced using the apparatus, and more particularly, to the surface layer of the nonwoven fabric, while maintaining the pores of the nonwoven fabric.
