본 발명의 목적은 훅 스위치의 기능을 유리하게 실천시키고 계전기 또는 기계적 스위치에 의해서 라인 전류가 차단되지 않게끔 하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 가입자 세트는, 제1트랜지스터의 주 전류 통로와 전화기 세트 회로의 직렬조합이 라인 단자들에 접속되고, 가입자 세트가 상기 제1트랜지스터의 주 전류 통로와 병렬 접속되어 상기 제1트랜지스터가 비도통일 경우 전자식 전화기 세트 회로의 적어도 일부에 전력을 공급하는테 이용되는 적어도 하나의 저항을 포함하고, 훅 스위치가 제1상태에서는 라인 단자들중 하나를 상기 전자식 전화기 세트 회로의 상기 일부틀 통해 상기 제1트랜지스터의 제어 전극에 접속시켜 상기 제1트랜지스터를 도통시키도록 배열되고, 제2상태에서는 나머지 다른 라인 단자를 상기 전자식 전화기 세트 회로의 상기 일부를 통해 상기 제1트랜지스터의 제어전극에 접속시켜 제1트랜지스터를 비도통시키도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 한다.It is an object of the present invention to advantageously practice the function of a hook switch and to ensure that line current is not interrupted by a relay or mechanical switch.
