Description
Claims (14)
- a) 주요 부분으로서 실질적으로 금속성분이 없는 분쇄 쓰레기와 소부분으로서 유리 상태로 되거나 또는 결합된 상태의 산화칼슘을 포함하는 최소한 하나의 광물질로서 된 균질의 분말상 혼합물을 제조하고; b) 압력하에서 분말 혼합물을 제립하여, 수분하는 입자를 제조하고; c) 입자가 약 0.1 내지 1.0중량%의 수분함량을 가지게 하기에 충분한 시간동안에 약 130℃ 내지 230℃ 범위의 온도에서 입자를 열처리하여, 쓰레기 제품(refuse product)를 제조하고; d) 이 쓰레기 제품을 제 1의 출발혼합물과 혼합하고 수득되는 클링커 혼합물을 킬른에서 태워서 클링커를 제조하며; e) 전술한 클링커에 석고를 첨가하고 그리고 수득되는 시멘트 혼합물을 분쇄하여 시멘트를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 시멘트 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(d)전에 킬른을 가열하기 위하여 최소한 하나의 제 2버너속으로 전술한 쓰레기 제품을 주입하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 주입 단계가 최소한 하나의 가연성 물질을 주입하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 주입단계전에 쓰레기 제품을 미분말로 분쇄하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 제 1출발혼합물이 석회석과 점토의 혼합물 또는 실리카, 석회, 알루미나 및 산화철의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 전수한 클링커 혼합물이 약 3 내지 약 4 범위의 CaO/SiO2비를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 광물질을 생석회, 비산회, 방해석, 용재 및 시멘트 제조시에 사용하는 출발물질의 통상적인 혼합물에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 클링커 혼합물이 산화칼슘을 포함하거나 또는 연소중에 최소한 부분적으로 산화칼슘으로 변형될 수 있는 최소한 하나의 제 2광물질을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 전술한 제 2광물질이 방해석인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 클링커 혼합물이 최소한 하나의 추가의 규산물질을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 전술한 추가의 규산물질을 점토, 규산질 비산회, 유리, 석영 및 실리카에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 클링커 혼합물이 산화철 Fe2O3를 포함하거나 또는 연소중에 최소한 부분적으로 마다 산화철로 전환될 수 있는 최소한 하나의 철물질을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 분말 혼합물이 90-95중량%의 쓰레기와 5-10%의 제 1광물질을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 제 2버너가 전술한 킬른의 상류에 배치되어서 쓰레기 제품을 제 1출발혼합물과 혼합하는 단계(d)를 용이하게 하는 방법.
