Claims (4)
- 센서지지기판(Base ring)(2)의 중앙에 지지공(5)을 형성하여 링(ring)형상으로 형성하되, 이 지지공(5)에 기공(6)을 가진 포러스재질부(porous cermic)(4)를 삽입하여 양측에서 리드선(7)이 납땜된, 원형전극(3)(3a)을 센서지지기판(2)에 접착제로 접착하여 형성한 절연유 열화 측정센서(1)를 변압기(9)의 절연유유중에 지지구(12)로 지지 설치하며, 상기 절연유 열화 측정센서(1)의 리드선(7)과 보상용 온도센서(10)의 리드선을 터미날단자(8)에 밀봉되게 연결하여 외부에서 계측기로 터미날단자에 연결하여 절연유 열화를 측정하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 절연유 열화 측정센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포러스재질부(4)는 100~300μm의 기공(6)을 가진 것을 특징으로 한 절연유 열화 측정센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원형전극(3)(3a)의 재질은 스테인레스강, 백금도금된 스테인레스강인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연유 열화 측정센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연유 열화 측정센서(1)는 변압기(9)의 절연유 열화에서 생성되는 도전성물질을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 한 절연유 열화 측정센서.
