Claims (1)
- 일부에 양극타겟(11)이 고정된 회전체(12)와, 이 회전체(12)와 끼워 맞춰서 해상 회전체(12)를 회전가능하게 지지하는 고정체(15)와, 상기 회전체(12) 및 고정체(15)의 끼워 맞춤부에 설치된 나선홈(21)을 갖고 액체금속으로 윤활되는 동압식 미끄럼 베어링부(20)를 구비한 회전 양극형 X선관에 있어서, 상기 회전체(12)는 상기 양극타겟(11)이 회전축(13)을 통하여 일체적으로 결합고정된 제1회전부재(22)와, 상기 미끄럼 베어링부(20)를 통하여 고정체(15)에 근접하는 제2회전부재(23)가 서로 동축적으로 끼워 맞추어져 있으며, 상기 제1회전부재(22)와 제2회전부재(23)는 상기 양극타겟(11)에서 축방향으로 보아 열전도 경로적으로 먼쪽의 단부에서 일체 결합되고 또한 그 이외의 끼워 맞춤부에는 단열용 틈새가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 양극형 X선관.
