Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 증착 중합 반응에 대한 파단 인장 강도의 이론치가 10GPa 이상인 화학적으로 비-가교결합된 폴리(파라-크실릴렌)을 형성시키고, 이 물질을 필수적으로 산소를 함유하지 않는 조건하에서 10 이상의 연신비로 연신시킴을 특징으로 하여, 인장 강도가 높은 폴리(파라-크실릴렌)을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증착 중합 반응에 의해 형성된 폴리(파라-크실릴렌)의 파단 인장 강도의 이론치가 15GPa 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증착 중합 반응에 의해 생성된 폴리(파라-크실릴렌)이 하기 일반식(Ⅰa) 또는 (Ⅱa) (여기서, 벤젠환은 할로겐 원자, C1-6알킬 그룹, C2-7알카노일 그룹, C2-7알카노일옥시 그룹 및 시아노 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼에 의해 치환될 수 있다)의 단위를 함유하는 단독 중합체 또는 공중합체로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(파라-크실릴렌)이 일반식(Ⅰb) 또는 (Ⅱ-b) (여기서, 벤젠환은 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자, C1-6알킬 그룹, C2-7알카노일 그룹, C2-7알카노일옥시 그룹 및 시아노 그룹에 의해 치환될 수 있다)의 2가 라디칼을 중합 반응시킴으로써 형성되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 증착 중합 반응이 일반식(Ⅰc) 또는(Ⅱc) (여기서, 벤젠환은 할로겐 원자, C1-6알킬 그룹, C2-7알카노일 그룹, C2-7알카노일옥시 그룹 및 시아노 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼에 의해 치환될 수 있다)의 이량체를 열분해 함으로써 수행되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 증착 중합 반응이 일반식(Ⅰc) 또는 (Ⅱc) (여기서, 벤젠환은 할로겐 원자, C1-6알킬 그룹, C2-7알카노일 그룹, C2-7알카노일옥시 그룹 및 시아노 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼에 의해 치환될 수 있다)의 이량체를 열분해 함으로써 수행되는 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증착 중합 반응에 의해 형성된 폴리(파라-크실릴렌)이 중량 평균 분자량 104내지 107의 중합체로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리(파라-크실릴렌)이 연신비 20이상으로 연신되는 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리(파라-크실릴렌)이 불활성 기체 대기중에서 연신되는 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리(파라-크실릴렌)이 231 내지 287℃, 중합체의 콘디스(condis) 결정 조건 범위내의 온도에서 연신되는 방법.
