보조키 캡 이중 자물쇠
제 1 도는 본 고안의 괘, 해정 상태를 보인 사시도.

본 고안은 도어를 보다 견고하게 잠그어 줄 수 있도록 도어의 안쪽에 설치되는 통상의 보조자물쇠에 있어서, 도어의 바깥쪽으로 노출되는 보조자물쇠키구멍캡을 감추거나 노출될 수 있도록 이중으로 잠그어 줄 수 있는 보조키 캡 이중 자물쇠에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 보조자물쇠의 키구멍캡이 도어의 바깥쪽에서 그대로 노출되어 있는 까닭에 부정한 마음으로 보조자물쇠를 열고자하는 시도가 빈번하게 발생하여서 보조자물쇠의 신뢰도가 저하되는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 문제점을 해결한 것인바, 본 고안의 목적은 도어의 바깥쪽으로 노출되는 보조자물쇠키구멍캡의 전면에 키구멍을 감추거나 노출시켜 줄 수 있도록 통상의 자물쇠의 2개의 고리를 고정함으로서 보조자물쇠를 이중으로 잠그어줄 수 있어 신뢰성이 매우 우수한 보조키캡 이중 자물쇠를 제공하는데 있다.
본 고안을 첨부한 예시도면에 의하여 더욱 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 제 1, 2 도에 예시된 바와같이 도어(1)의 안쪽에 설치되고 안에서는 손잡이(2)로, 밖에서는 키로 잠그거나 열 수 있도록 된 통상의 보조자물쇠(3)에 있어서 도어(1)의 밖으로 노출되는 보조자물쇠키구멍캡(4)의 전면에 통상의 자물쇠(5)의 고리(6)(6') 2개를 각각 고정시키어서 자물쇠(5)를 열었을 때는 한쪽고리(6)를 중심축으로 하여서 자물쇠(5)가 회전하여 보조자물쇠키구멍(7)이 노출되도록 하고, 자물쇠(5)를 잠그었을때는 즉, 양 고리(6)(6')가 모두 잠긴상태로는 자물쇠(5)가 보조자물쇠키구멍(7)을 감추어 줄 수 있도록 된 것이다.
본 고안에 있어서 자물쇠(5)의 고리(6)(6')중 한쪽 고리(6)는 자물쇠(5)와 연결된 체 자물쇠(5)의 해정시 자물쇠(5)를 회전시켜 주는 중심축이 되고, 다른 한쪽 고리(6')는 자물쇠(5)의 괘정시 잠금축이 된다.
도면중 미설명부호 8은 보조자물쇠(3)와 맞물려지도록 도어틀에 고정되는 걸쇠, 9는 걸쇠(8)와 보조자물쇠(3)를 괘, 해정하는 돌기, 10은 자물쇠(5)용 키, 11은 도어(1)의 주 자물쇠 손잡이를 나타낸 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 제 1 도에서 실선으로 표현된 바와같이 자물쇠(5)을 열고 잡아당기면서 한쪽고리(6)를 중심축으로 하면서 돌리면 보조자물쇠(3)의 키구멍(7)이 노출되기 때문에 보조자물쇠(3)는 잠그거나 여는 조작을 할 수 있게 되고, 제 1 도의 쇄선도시와 제 2 도에 도시된 바와같이 자물쇠(5)를 잠근 상태에서는 보조자물쇠(3)의 키구멍(7)이 자물쇠(5)에 의해서 감추어지기 때문에 보조자물쇠(3)의 키구멍(7)을 통해서 보조자물쇠(3)를 열고자하는 시도를 차단할 수 있게 된다.
이와같이 본 고안은 도어(1)를 보다 견고하게 잠그어 줄 수 있도록 설치되는 통상의 보조자물쇠(3)를 부정한 마음으로 외부에서 열 수 없도록 해주는 것이기 때문에 보조자물쇠(3)의 신뢰성을 높여줌과 아울러 도난방지효과를 향상시켜줄 수 있고, 2개의 고리를 가진 통상의 자물쇠의 구조를 간단하게 변경시켜 장착할 수 있기 때문에 저렴한 비용으로 안전성이 우수한 장점이 있다.

  1. 통상의 보조자물쇠(3)를 도어(1)의 안쪽에 설치하고 도어(1)의 바깥쪽으로 노출되는 보조자물쇠 키구멍 캡(4)의 전면에 통상의 자물쇠(5)의 고리(6)(6')를 각각 고정시키어서 한쪽 고리(6)를 축으로 하면서 자물쇠(5)를 해탈 회전되도록 하여서 보조자물쇠(3)의 키구멍(7)이 감추어지거나 노출되도록 함으로서 이중으로 잠글 수 있도록 한 것임을 특징으로 하는 보조키 캡 이중 자물쇠.
