Claims (4)
- 차체(1)에 대해서 상하 이동이 자유롭게 되는 스프링 하부재(2, 3)와, 상기 스프링 하부재(2)와 차체사이에 설치되며 차체(1)를 지지하는 동시에 스프링 하부재(2, 3)로부터 전달되는 진동을 차단하는 탄성체(6)로 구성된 자동차용 현가장치에 있어서, 상기 스프링 하부제(2, 3)와 상기 차체(1) 사이에서 탄성체(18)와 병렬설치된 리니어 모터(10)와, 상기 스프링 하부재(2, 3)로부터 상기 차체(1)까지의 상대 차고를 검출하는 상대 차고 센서(20)와, 차체 운전 상황을 검출하는 제1센서(21, 22, 25, 38)들과, 운전 조작 상황을 검출하는 제2센서(31, 32, 34, 36, 39)들과, 상기 제1 및 제2센서들로부터의 신호에 따라서 상기 차체의 목표 위치에 대응하는 차고 지령치(L*)를 생성하는 자세 제어부(40)와, 상기 상대 차고 및 상기 차고 지령치(L*)에 의거하여 상기 리니어 모터(10)에 대한 공급 전류를 제어하는 전류 제어부(50)를 구비하고, 차체 자세의 안정화를 도모하는 동시에 노면으로부터 차체를 전달되는 진동량을 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 현가장치.
- 차체(1)에 대해서 상하 이동이 자유롭게 되는 스프링 하부재(2, 3)와, 상기 스프링 하부재(2)와 차체사이에 설치되며 차체(1)를 지지하는 동시에 스프링 하부재(2, 3)로부터 전달되는 진동을 차단하는 탄성체(6)로 구성된 자동차용 현가장치에 있어서, 상기 스프링 하부재(202, 203)와 상기 차체(201) 사이에 탄성체(220)와 병렬설치된 리니어 모터(210)와, 상기 스프링 하부재(202, 203)로부터 상기 차체(201)까지의 상대차고를 검출하는 상대 차고 센서(223)를 포함하고 차체 운동 상황을 검출하는 제1센서(221, 222, 223, 225, 238)들과, 운전 조작 상황을 검출하는 제2센서(231, 232, 234, 236, 239)들과, 상기 제1 및 제2센서들로부터의 신호에 따라서 상기 리니어 모터(210)에 대한 공급 전류 지령치를 생성하는 제어부(240)와, 전류 지령치를 받고 리니어 모터(210)를 전류를 공급하는 전류 인가 수단(252)을 구비하고, 차체 자세의 안정화를 도모하는 동시에 노면으로부터 차체에 전달되는 진동량을 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 현가장치.
- 피지지체(120)를 탄성체(118)에 의해서 지지하고 위치 유지와 진동 차단의 기능을 갖게 한 정밀기기, 광학부품등의 지지 장치나 자동차용 현가장치에 있어서, 고정부(11, 12, 13) 및 이 고정부에 자기 결합된 가동부(14, 15, 16)로 구성된 리니어 모터(10, 110)를 상기 탄성체(118)와 병렬로 설치하고, 상기 피지지체의 기준 위치로부터의 상대 위치를 검출하는 위치 검출 수단(130)과, 상기 상대 위치의 소정 주파수 이상의 변화성분을 걸르는 저통과 필터(132)와, 상기 상대 위치의 소정 주파수 이하의 변화 성분을 걸르는 고통과 필터(134)와, 상기 고통과 필터(134)의 출력에 응답해서 상기 탄성체의 작용력의 변화를 감소시키기 위한 보정량(K·△L)을 구하는 보정량 연산부(136)와, 상기 상대 위치의 목포값(L*)을 산출하는 위치 제어계(138)와, 상기 저통과 필터(132)로부터 출력되는 변화 성분과 상기 보정량 및 목포값에 의거해서 상기 리니어 모터로의 공급 전류를 제어하는 전류 제어부(140)를 구비하고, 탑재 중량의 변화등에 의한 저주파의 변화 성분을 보완하는 동시에 진동등의 고주퍄의 변화 성분을 없애도록 리니어 모터를 구동함으로서 지지 높이의 안정화를 도모하는 동시에 진동 차단을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 현가장치.
- 피지지체(120)를 탄성체에 의하여 지지하고 위치 유지와 진동 차단의 기능을 갖게한 정밀 기기, 광학부품등의 지지 장치나 자동차용 현가장치에 있어서, 상기 탄성체 대신에 고정부(11, 12, 13) 및 이 고정부에 자기 결합된 가동부(14, 15, 16)으로 구성된 리니어 모터(10, 110)를 사용하고, 이 피지지체의 기준 위치로부터의 상대 위치를 검출하는 위치 검출 수단(130)과, 상기 상대 위치의 소정 주파수 이상의 변화 성분을 걸로는 저통과 필터(132)와, 상기 저통과 필터(132)로부터 출력되는 변화 성분을 없애도록 상기 리니어 모터로의 공급 전류를 제어하는 전류 제어부(140)와, 상대 위치의 목표값을 생성하는 위치 제어제(138)를 구비하고 고주파의, 진동 전달을 방지하는 동시에 저주파에서의 위치 변화를 없앰으로서 높은 지지 강성을 얻을수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 현가장치.
