Claims (2)
- 펌프실(15)을 이루는 하우징수단(11)과 한쌍의 팽창 액체실(55)과 한쌍의 수축액체실(57)을 이루고, 펌프실에 회전하게 배치된 펌프소자를 포함하는 형의 평형회전펌프에 있어시, 하우징수단이 한쌍의 팽창액체실과 연통하는 액체유입구(49)와 한쌍의 수축액체실과 연통하는 액체배출구(63)를 이루고, 펌프소자가 입력샤프트(31)와의 회전을 위하여 설치된 로우터부재(25)를 포함하고, 로우터부재는 다수의 홈(27)을 이루고, 홈의 각각은 방사상으로 변위하는 로울러베인부재(29)를 수용하고, 펌프실은 로우터부재의 회전의 방향으로 점차적으로 증가하는 반경의 한쌍의 유입아아크면과 점차적으로 감소하는 반경의 한쌍의 배출아아크면(65)을 포함하는 연속적인 아아치형 벽면(21)에 의하여 이루어지고, 배출아아크면의 각각은 높은 변위의 캠면을 가지고, 상기 홈의 각각은 펌프소자가 펌프하는 방식으로 조작할때, 상기 로울러베인부재의 인접한 것을 구동하고 접합하게 배치된 구동면(73)을 포함하고, 상기 홈의 각각은 역시 대향면(75)을 포함하고, 구동면의 각각은 방사상의 선에 관하여 음의 각도를 향하게 된 실질적인 면부분(77)을 포함하고, 로울러베인부재와 그의 각기음의 면부분과의 접합은 로울러베인부재에 작용하는 순수한 방사상으로 외측의 힘을 감소하게 작용하여, 그것에 의하여 로울러베인부재의 되튀기기를 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감소된 압력펄스를 가진 평형로울러 베인펌프.
- 펌프실(15)을 이루는 하우징수단(11)과 한쌍의 팽창 액체실(55)과 한쌍의 수축액체실(57)을 이루고, 펌프실에 회전하게 배치된 펌프소자를 포함하는 형의 평형회전펌프에 있어서, 하우징수단이 한쌍의 팽창액체실과 연통하는 액체유입구(49)와 한쌍의 수축액체실과 연통하는 액체배출구(63)를 이루고, 펌프소자가 입력샤프트(31)와의 회전을 위하여 설치된 로우터부재(25)를 포함하고, 로우터부재는 다수의 홈(27)을 이루고, 홈의 각각은 방사상으로 변위하는 로울러베인부제(29)를 수용하고, 펌프실은 로우터부제의 회전의 방향으로 점차적으로 증가하는 반경의 한쌍의 유입아아크면과 점차적으로 감소하는 반경의 한쌍의 배출아아크면(65)을 포함하는 연속적인 아아치형 벽면(21)에 의하여 이루어지고, 배출아아크면의 각각은 높은 변위의 캠면을 가지고, 상기 홈의 각각은 펌프소자가 펌프하는 방식으로 조작할때, 상기 로울러베인부재의 인접한 것을 구동하고 접합하게 배치된 구동면(73)을 포함하고, 상기 홈의 각각은 역시 대향면(75)을 포함하고, 구동면의 각각은 상기 펌프소자의 회전의 축을 통하여 통과하는 방사상의 선에 관하여 음의 각도로 향하게 된 실질적인 면부분(77)을 포함하고, 로울러베인부재의 각각은 그것이 배출아아크면에 따라 통과할때, 음의 면부분이 로울러베인부재의 방사상으로 내측의 힘을 발휘하게 그의 각기 음의 면부분에 의하여 접합되고, 그것에 의하여 상기 로울러베인부재의 되튀기기를 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감소된 압력펄스를 가진 평형로울러베인펌프.
