Claims (2)
- 입력전원의 변동에 따라 변화된 전류량을 공급하며 초기에 트랜지스터(Q3)(Q4)를 구동시키기 위한 전류를 공급하는 초기 기동 전류원(1)과, 상기 초기 기동 전류원(2)과 출력단사이에 접속되어 트랜지스터 오프시 축적된 전하를 급속히 방전시키므로 스위칭시간을 단축시키는 주 스위칭부(2)와, 상기 주 스위칭부(2)와 병렬 접속되어 출력전압을 정전압화시키고 입력전류를 제한하는 히스테리시스 회로(3)와, 상기 히스테리시스 회로(3)와 병렬접속되어 출력전압이 일정한 값 이상일때 다이오드(D1)(D2)양단에 충분한 전압을 걸어주므로 트랜지스터(Q3)(Q4)를 구동시키는 전류를 공급하는 출력전압 검출부(4)를 구비하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자려식 스위칭 전원회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 주 스위칭(2)는 트랜지스터(Q1)의 오프시에 전류가 급속히 변하지 않는 특성을 가진 인덕터(L1)와, 상기 인덕터(L1)의 지연시간에 의해 트랜지스터(Q1)에 축적된 전하를 방전시키는 트랜지스터(Q2)와, 상기 트랜지스터(Q1)에 의한 방전시 급속히 턴-오프되는 트랜지스터(Q1)를 구비하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자려식 스위칭 전원회로.
