Description
Claims (10)
- 연결하여야 하는 제1 및 제2의 관을 연결하는 배관연결장치로서, 제1의 관에 연결된 볼록헝상 접합체(21)와, 제2의 관에 연결된 오목형상 접합체(26)와, 볼록형상 및 오목형상의 양 접합체(21), (26)의 대향하는 밀봉면을 상호간에 밀어붙여 밀봉상태를 만들도록, 볼록형상 접합체(21) 및 오목형상 접합체(26)의 반밀봉면측의 표면에 걸어맞춤하는 누름수단을 가지고, 상기 볼록형상 접합체(21)는, 그의 상기 밀봉면과 반밀봉면측의 표면에 걸쳐 전체적으로 구형상부(22)로서 형성되고, 상기 오목형상 접합체(26)의 안쪽 밀봉면은 상기 구형상부(22)에 대응하는 오목 구형상면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오목형상 접합체(26)가, 상기 누름수단과 걸어맞춤하는 바깥쪽 구형상면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 볼록형상 접합체(21)가 그 밀봉면에 탄성밀봉링(23)을 갖추고 있는 배관연결장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉링(23)이 상기 구형상부(22)의 지름방향의 바깥끝단 가장자리에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오목형상 접합체(26)는 그 밀봉면에 탄성밀봉링(28)을 갖추고 있는 배관연결장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉링(28)은 밀봉면의 지름방향 바깥끝단 가장자리에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 누름수단은, 상기 볼록형상 접합체의 반밀봉면측 표면에 걸어맞춤하는 제1의 누름판(30)과, 상기 오목형상 접합체의 바깥면에 걸어맞춤하는 제2 누름판(31)과, 양 누름판(30), (31)을 상호간에 접근시키도록 체결하는 수단에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관연결장치.
- 반응관(8)과, 이 반응관(8)을 외부로부터 가열하는 수단과, 반응관(8)내로 피터리체를 취출하기가 자유롭게 밀봉상태로 반입하는 수단과, 상기 반응관내로 처리유체를 보내어 넣는 제1의 배관과, 상기 반응관으로부터 처리가 끝난 유체를 취출하는 제2의 배관과, 제1 및 제2의 배관에 각각 형성된 배관연결수단을 구비하고, 각 배관 연결수단은, 제1의 관에 연결된 블록형상 접합체와, 제2의 관에 연결된 오목형상 접합체와, 블록형상 및 오목형상 접합체의 반밀봉면측의 표면에 걸어맞춤하는 누름수단을 가지고, 상기 블록형상접합체는, 그 상기 밀봉면과 반밀봉면측의 표면에 걸쳐서 전체적으로 구형상부로서 형성되고, 상기 오목형상 접합체의 안쪽 밀봉면은 상기 구형상부에 대응하는 오목 구형상면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피처리체 산화처리장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 배관이 외부연소수단에 접속되고, 외부연소수단은, 연소용기(2)와, 이 연소용기(2)내에 산소가스를 공급하는 산소도입관(3)과, 상기 연소용기(2)내에 수소가스를 도입하는 수소 도입관(4)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화처리장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2의 관, 볼록형상 접합체 및 오목형상 접합체가 전부 석영유리로 만들어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화처리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
