Claims (11)
- 하부 위치에 설치된, 원추형부를 갖으며 상기 원추형부의 직경은 그의 하단부측을 향하여 점차 감소돼 있고, 상기 원추형 부내에서 하강하는 분말에 고온가스가 주입되어 상기 분말을 건조시키는 건조 호퍼에 있어서, 경사진 환상벽을 갖으며, 이 환상벽의 둘레방항으로 소정간격으로 배치되고, 상기 환상벽을 관통하여 형성된. 수직방향으로 이격된 복수열의 노즐을 갖는 원추형부와, 상기 복수열의 노즐들이 그들의 가스 주입구에서, 복수의 링형 셀에 의해서 각각 커버되도록, 상기 원추형부의 환상벽의 외표면에 서로 틈을 두고 유체기밀식으로 부착된 수직방향으로 이격된 복수의 링형 셀 및, 가스공급관들로부터 각각의 링형 셀들로 고온가스가 공급되고, 다음 각각의 노즐열을 통과하여 상기 원추형부의 내부로 공급되도극 하는 상호소통 관계를 갖는 상태로, 상기 복수의 링힐 셀들에 각각 접속된 복수의 가스공급관을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 건조호퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원추형부의 환상벽의 내표면에 부착돼 있고, 상기 환상벽의 내표면과의 사이에, 그 하단부가 개방된 틈을 두고, 상기 노즐들을 그 가스 배출구들에서 각각 커버하고 있는 복수외 커버부재들을 더 구비하고 있는 것이 특징인 건조호퍼.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커버부재와 상기 원추형부의 환상벽의 내표면간의 상기 틈의 횡단면이 그 하단부측을 향하여 점차 확대돼 있는 것이 특징인 건조호퍼.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 노즐들의 가스 주입구들인, 상기 링형 셀들과 상기 원추형부의 환상벽의 외표면간에 존재하는 틈들의 각각의 하부영역들에서 개방돼 있고 상기 노즐들의 가스주입구들이 상기 커버 부재들의 각각의 하단부의 위에 배치돼 있는 것이 특징인 건조호퍼.
- 하단부측을 향하여 점차 감소돼 있는 경사진 환상벽을 갖으며, 상기 환상벽을 관통하여 형성된 복수의 노즐을 갖는 원추형부가 그의 하부위치에 설치된 건조 호퍼에, 건조할 분말을, 상기 건조호퍼외 상단부로부터 공급하면서, 상기 노즐들을 통하여 고온가스를 상기 건조호퍼내로 주입하여, 이 고온가스를 상기 원추형부내에서 하강하는 상기 분말과 역류 접촉시킴으로써 상기 분말을 건조시킴으로 특징으로 하는 분말 건조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분말이, 슬러리 중합에 의해 제조된 폴리올레괸 슬러리의 고액분리에 의해 얻어진 폴리올레핀 분말인 것이 특징인 분말건조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이, 에틸렌 단독중합체와, 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌으로부 러 선택한 것인 분말건조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 건조호퍼내로 주입하는 고온가스가 90∼110℃로 가옅된 질소가스인 것이 특징인 분말 건조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 분말이 건조호퍼중에서 30∼60분의 기간동안 체류되는 것이 특징인 분말 건조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가열된 질소가스가 20∼60m3/t-폴리올레핀의 비율로 건조호퍼 내로 주입되는 것이 특징인 분말건조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 분말이 상기 건조호퍼중에서, 용매함량 20중량ppm이하까지 건조되는 것이 특징인 분말건조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
