Claims (6)
- 프레임과, 축방향의 수평방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 상기 프레임위에 지지된 제1 및 제2전송봉과, 상기 제1 및 제2전송봉에 의하여 평행으로 상기 프레임위에 설치된 가이드수단과, 수평으로 이동할 수 있도록 상기 가이드수단위에 지지된 최소한 하나의 슬라이더부와, 상기 슬라이더부에 설치된 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터의 회전출력에 의하여 상기 가이드수단에 따라서 상기 슬라이더부를 슬라이드 이동시키기 위한 전진수단과, 상기 슬라이더부에 피벗자재로 지지되며, 상기 구동모터의 회전출력에 의하여 선회되는 암수단과, 상기 슬라이더부와 상기 암수단의 동작을 상기 제1 및 제2전송봉에 전달하는 제1 및 제2전동(傳動)수단으로 이루어지는 복수의 전송봉에 의하여 다른 피치로 피가공물을 전송할 수 있도록 설계된 전송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전진수단은, 상기 제1 및 제2전송봉에 대하여 직각방향으로 배설되며, 상기 슬라이더부에 의하여 회전자재로 지지된 구동축과, 상기 구동축에 상기 구동모터의 회전을 전달하기 위한 동력 전동수단과, 상기 구동축에 단단히 고정된 피니온과, 상기 프레임에 단단히 고정되며, 상기 피니온과 결합된 랙봉과, 상기 구동축에 단단히 고정된 크랭크암을 포함하는 암수단으로 이루어지는 전송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2전송수단은, 상기 가이드수단위에 슬라이드 이동자재로 지지된 제2슬라이더부와, 상기 암수단에 일단부가 연결되며, 상기 제2슬라이더부에 타단부가 피벗자재로 연결된 링크와, 상기 제2전송봉과 상기 제2슬라이더부를 일체로 연결하기 위한 연결부재로 이루어지는 전송장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2전송봉과 같은 방향으로 배설되며, 축방향의 수평방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 상기 프레임위에 지지된 제3전송봉과, 상기 가이드수단위에 슬라이드 이동자재로 지지된 제3슬라이더부와, 상기 제3전송봉과 상기 제 3슬라이더부를 일체로 연결하는 수단과, 상기 제2 및 제3슬라이더부 사이의 간격을 변화시키는 동안, 상기 제3슬라이더부에 상기 제2슬라이더부의 슬라이드 이동을 전달하기 위한 제3전동수단으로 이루어지는 전송장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전진수단은, 상기 제1, 제2 및 제3전송봉에 대하여 직각방향으로 배설되며, 상기 슬라이더부에 의하여 회전자재로 지지된 구동축과, 상기 구동축에 상기 구동모터의 회전을 전달하기 위한 회전전동수단과, 상기 구동축에 단단히 고정된 피니온과, 상기 프레임에 단단히 고정되며, 상기 피니온과 결합된 랙봉과, 상기 구동축에 단단히 고정된 크랭크암을 포함하는 암수단으로 이루어지는 전송장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제3전동수단은 상기 제2슬라이더부에 회전자재로 지지되며, 상기 랙봉과 결합된 피니온과, 상기 피니온에 의하여 선회하는 제2암과, 상기 제2암의 자유단에 그 일단부가 선회자재로 연결되며, 상기 제3슬라이더부에 그 타단부가 선회자재로 연결된 제2링크로 이루어지는 전송장치.
