Claims (3)
- 전자관 발진기 회로, 발진기 회로의 정궤환 회로에 접속된 전자관 그리드 및 직류 전력원에 접속된 전자관 양극을 구비하는 고주파수 가열 발생기에 있어서, 발생기는 부가 그리드 및 부가 그리드 또는 발생기 출력 전력을 제어하도록 정궤환 회로에 접속된 전자관 그리드에 접속된 저전압 제어회로를 갖춘 전자관을 구비하며, 만일 저전압 제어회로가 정궤환 회로에 접속된 전자관 그리드에 접속된면, 셋팅 전압이 부가 그리드에 인가되며, 직류 전력원은 비제어되 직류 전력원인 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파수 발생기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자관은 4극관인 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파수 발생기.
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 저전압 제어회로는 트랜지스터, 부가 전자관 그리드 또는 정궤환 회로에 접속된 전자관 그리드에 접속된 제1주전극 및 기준 전위에서 동작하는 제2주전극, 발생기 또는 이 발생기에 접속된 외부회로로 부터 나온 궤환신호 및 셋팅신호 각각을 입력에서 수신하여 트랜지스터의 제어전극에 접속된 출력에 공급하는 비교기 회로를 구비하며, 상기 출력신호는 궤환신호와 셋팅신호의 비교결과에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파수 발생기.
