Description
Claims (14)
- (a) 실리콘 오일, 트리- 및/또는 테트라-클로로벤젠, 및 폴리염소화 비페닐이 함유된 혼합물을 특정 온도 및 압력하에 증류대로 도입시켜, 클로로벤젠을 상부로 플래쉬시키고 실리콘오일과 폴리염소화 비페닐의 혼합물을 증류대의 하부로 보낸다음, (b) 단계(a)로부터 하부물질을 수집하여 이를 냉각시키고, 활성 탄소를 함유하는 하나 이상의 베드에 통과시킴을 특징으로 하여, 실리콘 오일, 트리- 및/또는 테트라-클로로벤젠, 및 폴리염소화 비페닐을 함유하는 혼합물로부터 실리콘 오일 및 클로로벤젠을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증류대 내부의 온도가 약 180 내지 약 230℃의 범위이고 압력이 약 2 내지 약 50mmHg의 범위인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 증류대 내부의 온도가 약 200 내지 약 225℃의 범위이고 압력은 약 5 내지 약 15mmHg의 범위인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물을 약 200 내지 약 225℃ 범위의 온도에서 증류대로 도입시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 실리콘 오일 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 클로로벤젠 약 0.75 내지 약 20중량부 및 폴리염소화 비페닐 약 0.01 내지 약 0.25중량부를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일렬로 연결된 2개 이상의 활성 탄소-함유 베드가 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물을 증류대로 도입시키기 전에 약 180 내지 약 230℃ 범위의 온도로 예열시키는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 혼합물을 약 200 내지 약 225℃ 범위의 온도로 예열시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물을 약 20 내지 약 50℃의 범위의 온도에서 증류대로 도입시키고, 혼합물이 약 180 내지 약 230℃ 범위의 온도에서, 하부물질과 접촉할때플래쉬가 발생토록 하는 방법.
- (a) 실리콘 오일, 트리- 및/또는 테트라-클로로벤젠 및 폴리염소화 비페닐의 혼합물을 약 180 내지 약 230℃ 범위의 농도 및 약 2 내지 약 50mmHg 범위의 압력하에 증류대로 도입시켜, 클로로벤젠은 상부로 플래쉬시키고 실리콘 오일 및 폴리염소화 비페닐은 증류대의 하부로 보낸다음, (b) 단계(a)로부터 하부물질을 수집하여 이를 냉각시키고, 일렬로 연결된 2개 이상의 활성 탄소 베드(여기서, 활성 탄소는 폴리염소화 비페닐의 흡수제이다)에 통과시킴을 특징으로 하여, 실리콘 오일, 트리- 및/또는 테트라-클로로벤젠 약 0.75 내지 약 20중량부 및 폴리염소화 비페닐 약 0.01 내지 약 0.25중량부(여기서, 중량부는 실리콘 오일 100중량부를 기준으로 한다)를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 실리콘 오일 및 클로로벤젠을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수분-흡수성 분자 시브(sieve)를 활성 탄소와 혼합시키는 방법.
- (a). 실리콘 오일, 트리- 및/또는 테트라-클로로벤젠 및 폴리염소화 비페닐의 혼합물을 약 200 내지 약 225℃ 범위의 온도 및 약 2 내지 약 50mmHg 범위의 압력하에 증류대로 도입시키고 증류대로부터 상부로 플래쉬되는 클로로벤젠을 수집하고, (b) 증류대의 하부로부터 실리콘 오일 및 폴리염소화 비페닐 하부물질의 혼합물을 수집하여 이를 냉각시키고, 일렬로 연결된 2개 이상의 활성 탄소-함유 베드에 통과시킴을 특징으로 하여, 실리콘 오일, 트리- 및/또는 테트라-클로로벤젠 약 0.75 내지 약 20중량부 및 폴리염소화 비페닐 약 0.01 내지 약 0.25중량부(여기서, 중량부는 실리콘 오일 100중량부를 기준으로 한다)를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 실리콘 오일 및 클로로벤젠을 회수하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 증류대로부터 클로로벤젠, 및 실리콘 오일과 폴리염소화 비페닐의 혼합물을 연속적으로 수집하면서, 혼합물을 증류대에 연속적으로 도입시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 활성 탄소-함유 베드로부터 정제된 실리콘 오일을 수집하는 방법.
