Claims (6)
- 모르타르 또는 콘크리트로 형성된 블록(a)와 상기 블록의 한쪽외부표면에 붙여지는 타일, 자연석 또는 모르타르 같은 피복부재(b)를 구비하는 동시에, 블록(a) 또는 피복부재(b)에 접착부재(C)를 바르기 위한 어플리케이터수단(31,32,38,39)과, 블록(a)과 피복부재(b)사이에 있는 접착부재(C)를 압박하기 위하여 블록(a)과 피복부재(b)를 포함하는 복합블록더미에 진동과 압력을 가하는 가압수단(50)과, 유연성부재로 된 스크래퍼(63)의 개구부(62)를 통해 복합블록 더미를 통과시킴으로서 상기 가압된 복합블록더비를 복합블록(k)으로 마무리하는 마무리수단(62,63)과, 상기 복합블록(k)의 외형과 같은 형태를 갖는 개구부(62)를 구비하며, 상기 피복부재(b)에 부착되는 상기 복합블록더미를 구성하는 피복부재(b)의 뒷면 또는 블록(a)의 뒷면에 접착부재를 바르는 상기 접착부재 어플리케이터수단(31,32,38,39)이 그 내부에 적어도 하나의 구멍을 구비한 마스크시트(32)와 전면은 아래로 뒷면은 위로 향한 상기 피복부재(b)를 각각 상대적으로 마스크시트(32)로 이동시켜 그 밑에 위치시키거나 또는 위로 향하고 접착될 상기 블록면을 마스크시트(32)로 이동시켜 그 밑에 위치시키는 운반체(29)와, 상기 피복부재(b) 또는 상기 블록(a)이 상기 마스크구멍(31)아래에 위치했을 때 상기 피복부재(b) 또는 상기 블록(a)이 마스크시트(32)의 밑면에 접촉하도록 하는 엘리베이터(14)와, 상기 마스크구멍(31)과 상기 피복부재(b)의 뒷면 또는 상기 마스크시트(32)의 밑면에 접촉하는 상기 블록(a)의 접착면에 의해 형성된 오목한 곳에 상기 접착부재(C)를 집어넣은 접착부재 호퍼(38)를 구비하며, 상기 접착부재 호퍼(38)가 상기 마스크구멍(31)위에 있는 상기 마스크시트(32)의 윗면을 따라 이동하도록 설계된 복합블록 제조시스템에 있어서, 상기 마스크시트(32)에 있는 상기 마스크구멍(31)을 한정하는 주변벽이 아래로 기울어진 경사면(40)으로 되는 상부벽을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합블록 제조시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마스크시트(32)는 실질적으로 단면이 일정한 두께를 구비하며 소정간격으로 일렬로 배열된 같은 모양의 다수의 마스크구멍들(31)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합블록 제조시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착부재 호퍼(38)는 스크래퍼들(41,42)이 상기 마스크시트(32)와 결합하는 제1위치와, 상기 스크래퍼들(41,42)이 상기 마스크시트(32)와 분리되는 제2위치사이로 이동시키기 위해 적합한 동작실린더(43,44)과 각각 바이브레이터(45,46)가 장치된 제1 및 제2스크래퍼들(41,42)을 구비한 배출구(39)가 그 하부에 장치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합블록 제조시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스크래퍼들(41,42)은 상기 접착부재 호퍼(38)가 앞으로 진행할 때, 제1스크래퍼(41)가 위로 올려지는 반면에 제2스크래퍼(42)가 그것에 장치된 상기 바이브레이터(45)의 동작에 의해 아래로 내려지고, 상기 접착부재 호퍼(38)가 뒤로 진행할 때, 제2스크래퍼(42)가 위로 올려지는 반면에 제1스크래퍼(41)가 그것에 장치된 상기 바이브레이터(46)의 동작에 의해 아래로 내려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합블록 제조시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마무리수단(62,63)이 상기 결합된 복합블록(k) 소정정지위치로 진행시키는 이중동작실린더(55)를 구비한 위치멈추개(56)와, 횡방향으로 상기 복합블록(k)을 가이드하는 가이드(58)와, 상기 가이드(58)를 따라 상기 복합블록(k)을 상기 위치멈추개(56)로 미는 밀기수단(61)과, 상기 위치멈추개(56), 가이드(58) 및 밀기수단(61)에 의해 정해지는 위치에 위치하며, 상기 복합블록(k)의 외곽과 실질적으로 같은 크기 및 형태를 갖는 관통구멍(62)가 장치되는 스크래퍼(63)와, 상기 스크래퍼(63)에 있는 상기 구멍(62)을 통해 상기 복합블록(k)을 미는 블록수납테이블(52)을 구비하는 수직이동수단(54)과, 상기 복합블록(k)이 소정방향으로 상기 구멍(62)을 통과한 후에 상기 복합블록(k)을 밀기 위한 왕복수단(65)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합블록 제조시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 마무리수단(62,63)의 상기 스크래퍼(63)는 바이브레이팅수단(68)이 장치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합블록 제조시스템.
