Claims (12)
- 기체들의 혼합물로부터 가스분리작동으로 적어도 하나의 고속가스성분을 분리하기 위한 가스분리방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 고속가스성분과 적어도 하나의 다른 가스성분을 여과기 모듈내에 있는 반드시 모두 균일한 길이의 나선형으로 감긴 유공섬유의 투과성막 카트리지 보어들의 흡입단부내로 공급하는 보어측 공급을 포함하고, 공급유동방향에 역인 투과유동 방향으로 상기 모듈로부터 고속가스성분 투과흐름을 회수하고, 공급유동방향과 같은 추출흐름을 유동방향으로 상기 보어들의 공급입구 반대쪽에 있는 상기의 나선형으로 감긴 유공섬유 투과성막 카트리지 보어들의 방출단부에서 상기 여과기 모듈로부터 추출흐름을 회수하여 (ⅰ) 유공섬유 투과성막 카트리지의 상기 투과측에 투과흐름의 중요한 방사상 혼합 및 (ⅱ)상기 유공섬유 투과성막 카트리지의 (a) 투과측 또는 (b) 추출측 모두에 반드시 비축방향인 혼합을 유지함을 특징으로 하는 가스분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유공섬유 투과성막 카트리지를 포함하는 유공섬유들의 길이는 약 10%이하 만큼씩 서로 변함을 특징으로 하는 가스분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유공섬유 투과성막 카트리지를 포함하는 유공섬유들의 길이는 약 5% 내지10%이하 만큼씩 서로 변함을 특징으로 하는 가스분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유공섬유 투과성막은 복합막임을 특징으로 하는 가스분리 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유공섬유는 폴리술폰임을 특징으로 하는 가스분리방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복합막은 에틸 셀룰로즈로 피복된 폴리술폰 유공섬유임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유체공급 혼합물은 공기임을 특징으로 하는 가스분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급가스압력은 약 50psig 내지 400psig 임을 특징으로 하는 가스분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급가스는 반드시 대기압이며, 추출은 감소된 대기압하에서 수집됨을 특징으로 하는 가스분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투과유동방향은 공급유동방향과 같음을 특징으로 하는 가스분리방법.
- 기체들의 혼합물로부터 가스분리 작동으로 적어도 하나의 고속가스 성분을 분리하기 위한 가스분리방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 고속가스 성분과 적어도 하나의 다른 가스성분을 여과기 모듈내에 있는 반드시 모두 균일한 길이의 나선형으로 감긴 유공섬유의 투과성막 카트리지 보어들의 흡입단부내로 공급하는 보어측 공급을 포함하고, 공급유동방향에 역인 투과유동 방향으로 상기 모듈로부터 고속가스성분 투과흐름을 회수하며, 공급유동방향과 같은 추출흐름 유동방향으로 상기 보어들의 공급입구 반대쪽에 있는 상기의 나선형으로 감긴 유공섬유 투과성막 카트리지 보어들의 방출단부에서 상기 여과기 모듈로부터 추출흐름을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 가스분리방법.
- 기체들의 혼합물로부터 가스분리작동으로 적어도 하나의 고속가스 성분을 분리하기 위한 가스분리방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 고속가스 성분과 적어도 하나의 다른 가스성분을 여과기 모듈내에 있는 반드시 모두 균일한 길이의 나선형으로 감긴 유공섬유의 투과성막 카트리지 보어들의 흡입단부내로 공급하는보어측 공급을 포함하고, 공급유동방향에 역인 투과유동 방향으로 상기 모듈로부터 고속가스성분 투과흐름을 회수하고, 공급유동방향과 같은 추출흐름 유동방향으로 상기 보어들의 공급입구 반대쪽에 있는 상기의 나선형으로 감긴 유공섬유 투과성막 카트리지 보어들의 방출단부에서 상기 여과기 모듈로부터 추출흐름을 회수하며, 상기 유공섬유 투과성막 카트리지의 (a) 투과측 또는 (b) 추출측 모두에 반드시 비축방향 혼합을 유지함을 특징으로 하는 가스분리방법.
