Claims (4)
- 트리클로로에탄과 플루오르화수소를 반응시켜 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 조정제공정에서 염화수소를2몰%이하로 제거하고, 한가지 이상의 불포화불순물을 함유하며, 또한 플루오르화수소를 불포화불순물에 대해 동일몰이상 함유하는 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄을 기체상 상태에서 촉매와 접촉시켜. 불포화불순물의 함유량을 감소시키는 것이 특징인 1,1,1,2-테트리플루오로에탄의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄의 농도가 70몰% 이상이고, 또한 1,1,1-트리플루오로-2-클로로에탄의 농도가 10몰% 이하인 것이 특징인 정제방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 새로 플로우르화수소를 첨가하지 않고, 불포화불순물에 대해 플루오르화수소를 동일몰이상 함유하는 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄을 정제하는 것이 특징인 정제방법.
- 제1-3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 주기율표 1B족, 2A족, 4B족, 5A족, 6A족, 7A족 및 8족중에서 선택된 적어도 한가지의 금속화합물이며, 반응온도가 130-280℃인 것이 특징인 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
