Claims (5)
- 연속적으로 공급되는 냉연강판을 가열하는 가열대 또는 가열대 및 균열대와, 뒤이어 해당강판을 냉각하는 냉각대를 가진 연속 어닐링로에 있어서, 상기 가열대 또는 균열대와 상기 냉각대와의 사이에서 침탄·침질대를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 침탄·침질대를 구비한 연속 어닐링로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침탄·침질대를 복수의 존으로 분할하여 해당 존마다에 침탄·침질성 분위기 및 침탄·침질온도중 어느 하나 이상을 제어하는 제어수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 침탄·침질대를 구비한 연속 어닐링로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 침탄·침질대를 침탄·침질/냉각전환 가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 침탄·침질대를 구비한 연속 어닐링로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연속 어닐링로가 세로형인 것을 특징으로 하는 침탄·침질대를 구비한 연속 어닐링로.
- 제1항에 있어서 , 상기 냉연강판이 극저탄소강인 것을 특징으로 하는 침탄·침질대를 구비한 연속 어닐링로.
