Abstract
본 발명은 수처리 설비 및 위생 설비용 섬유 강화 플라스틱 체인 링크의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법은(a)연속된 보강 섬유를 열경화성 수지에 함침시키고, 이어서 체인 링크 형상의 형틀에 소정의 균일한 두께에 이를 때까지 권취하는 공정과, (b) 권취된 재료를 형틀과 함께 가열하여 열경화성 수지를 경화시키는 공정과, (c) 경화된 성형품을 탈형시키는 공정, 그리고 (d) 탈형된 성형품을 필요한 두께로 전달하는 공정으로 이루어져 있다. 본 발명에 따른 체인 링크를 사용한 오니 수집기는 종래의 철재 오니 수집기에 비하여, 매우 경량일뿐만 아니라, 부식, 마모, 전력 손실 등의 염려가 없고, 설치, 보수 및 유지 등을 관리가 간편하다.The present invention relates to a process for producing fiber reinforced plastic chain links for water treatment plants and sanitary plants.
