Abstract
본 발명은 전기용접기 및 프라즈마 절단기의 토치보호장치에 관한 것으로, 이는 작업물을 용접 및 절단함에 있어 직접적으로 관런되는 토치가 냉각수에 의해 냉각되더라도 작업물의 작업조건에 따른 여러가지 원인 즉, 작업중의 작업가스 부족과 작업물과 토치간의 근접, 냉각수의 냉각불충분, 고열의 스피터와 절단텁의 토치부착등으로 쉽게 과일 파손되는 종래기술의 문제점을 해소하고자 하는 것이다.The present invention relates to a torch protection device of an electric welder and a plasma cutting machine, which may be used for welding and cutting a workpiece, even if the torch directly driven by the coolant is cooled by a coolant. 따라서 본 발명은 용접 및 절단기의 토치보호수단으로 가스압력, 냉각수온도, 토치작업거리, 용접/절단 전류 및 부하전압을 검출하여 입력설정으로 이루어지는 토치정상 상태 허용기준값과의 비교판단으로 토치의 이상상태에 따른 주전원부의 출력을 억제하도록 하므로서 토치파손을 조기에 방지할 수가 있음은 물론 용접 및 절단기의 안전책에도 우수한 효과를 제공한다.Therefore, the present invention detects gas pressure, coolant temperature, torch working distance, welding / cutting current, and load voltage as a torch protection means for welding and cutting machine.
