Claims (4)
- 전원과, 유도성 부하와, 상기 전원과 유도성 부하와의 사이에 접속되어 복수의 자기소호형(自己消弧型) 반도체소자를 구비한 전력변환기와, 상기 유도성 부하에 흐르는 전류가 상기 전원을 통하지 않고 환류(還流)하는 전로(電路)를 형성하는 프리휠회로와, 상기 자기소호형 반도체소자를 소정의 순서로 온오프제어하는 게이트신호를 발생하는 수단을 구비한 것에 있어성, 상기 유도성 부하에 흐르는 전류가 예정치를 초과한 것을 검출하는 수단과, 이 검지수단의 출력에 따라 동작하여, 온게이트신호가 주어진 후 소정시간을 경과하고 있지 않은 것을 제외하고, 도통상태에 있는 상기 자기소호형 반도체소자에 오프게이트신호를 공급하는 수단을 설치한 전력변환기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오프게이트신호 공급수단은 상기 온게이트신호가 주어진 수 소정 시간을 경과하고 있지 않은 자기소호형 반도체소자에 대해서 상기 소정 시간의 경과 후에 오프게이트 신호를 공급하도록 구성한 전력변환기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오프게이트신호 공급수단은 상기 온게이트신호가 주어진후 소정 시간을 경과 하고 있지 않은 자기소호형 반도체소자에 대해서 상기 소정의 시간의 경과후에 게이트신호발생수단에 의해 발생되는 정규의 오프게이트신호를 공급하도록 구성한 전력변환기의 제어장치.
- 직류전원과, 유도전동기와, 상기 전원과 유도전동기와의 사이에 접속되어 복수의 게이트 턴오프 다이리스터를 구비한 인버터와, 상기 유도전동기에 흐르는 전류가 상기 전원을 통하지 않고 환류하는 전로를 형성하는 프리휠다이오드와, 상기 게이트 턴오프 다이리스터를 소정의 순서로 온오프 제어하는 게이트신호를 발생하는 수단을 구비한 것에 있어서, 상기 유도전동기에 흐르는 전류가 소정치를 초과한 것을 검출 하는 수단과, 이 검지수단의 출력에 따라 동작하여, 온게이트신호가 주어진 후 소정의 시간을 경과하고 있지 않은 것을 제외하고, 도통상태에 있는 상기 게이트 턴오프 다이리스터에 오프게이트신호를 공급하는 수단을 설치하는 전력변화기의 제어장치.
