Claims (7)
- 온도 조절수단의 설정점(32) 변화에 기인하여 공간온도의 오버슈우트 혹은 언더슈우트(36)량을 적응 제어하는 클록 온도 조절수단(40)에 있어서, 상기 클록 온도 조절수단이 실제시간 클록수단(41) 및 메모리수단(43)을 포함하는 마이크로컴퓨터 수단(42)과, 소망의 가열 및 냉각제어 온도 설정점들(45+46)의 시퀸스와 상기 온도 조절수단에 의한 소망의 온도제어에 대한 시간들을 입력시키기 위해 상기 마이크로컴퓨터 수단에 연결되는 데이터 입력수단(44)과, 상기 온도 조절수단에서의 온도를 모니터 하기 위해 연결수단(51)을 포함하는 온도 센서수단(50)을 구비하는데, 상기 연결수단은 상기 센서수단에서의 온도를 상기 마이크로컴퓨터 수단으로 전달하기 위해 상기 마이크로컴퓨터 수단에 연결되고, 상기 온도 조절수단(40)은 이 온도 조절수단에 의해 가열 및 냉각 장치를 제어하도록 적용되는 출력 절환수단(65)을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 마이크로컴퓨터수단(42) 및 상기 메모리 수단(43)은 상기 온도 조절수단의 이득을 조정하도록 동작하는 오버슈우트-언더슈우트 수정프로그램 수단을 포함하고, 상기 오버슈우트-언더슈우트 수정 프로그램 수단과 상기 메모리 수단은 상기 온도 조절수단의 이득에 영향을 미치는 상기 이득상수를 갖는 설정점 변화 함수인 이득상수(60, Kg old)를 제공하고, 그리고 상기 오버슈우트-언더슈우트 수정 프로그램 수단과 상기 메모리 수단은 상기 공간온도의 오버슈우트 혹은 언더슈우트량을 수용하는 레벨로 제한하는 상기 온도 조절장치의 이득을 점차적으로 조정하기 위해 각각의 설정점 복구후 새로운 상수(Kg new)를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클록 온도 조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이득상수(60)가 초기에는 단위원이고, 상기 새로운 이득상수가 대략 0.5내지 1.2의 범위로 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클록 온도 조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이득상수(60)가 초기에는 단위원이고, 상기 새로운 이득상수(Kg new)가 상기 공간온도의 오버슈우트를 현재 설정점의 변화후에 화씨 1/2도 보다 전혀 많지 않거나 적지 않도록 제한하기 위해 상기 오버슈우트 수정 프로그램 수단과 상기 메모리 수단에 의해 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클록 온도 조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이득상수(60, Kg old) 및 상기 새로운 이득상수(Kg new)는 상기 온도 조절수단(40)으로 하여금 설정점 변화후에 상기 온도 조절수단의 사이클링(37)을 제공함으로써 상기 공간온도(50)를 점차 제어하게 하고, 상기 사이클링은 상기 복구후에 공간온도 및 설정점 온도의 차이를 최소화 하기 위해 상기 복구후의 상기 설정점과 비교되는 상기 공간온도의 제어된 오버슈우트 또는 언더슈우트를 가진 공간온도로서 스타트하는 것이 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 클록 온도 조절장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 온도 조절수단이 24시간 주기내에서 다수의 온도 세트업 및 세트백 사이클들을 갖는 클록 온도 조절수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 클록 온도 조절장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 온도 조절수단이 24시간 주기내에서 다수의 온도 세트업 및 세트백 사이클들을 갖는 클록 온도 조절수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 클록 온도 조절장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 온도 조절수단이 24시간 주기내에서 다수의 온도 세트업 및 세트백 사이클들을 갖는 클록 온도 조절수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 클록 온도 조절장치.
