Claims (19)
- 다공성 섬유상 매트릭스와, 평균 지름이 약 0.1 내지 10μ인 거의 원형의 고체 입자의 다수(이 입자는 상기 섬유상 매트릭스내에 보유 및 고정된다)로 이루어진, 시험 샘플내 분석물의 존재 또는 양을 측정하기 위한 결합분석에 유용한 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 그의 표면상에 샘플중 분석물과 반응할 수 있는 성분을 갖는 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자의 평균 지름이 매트릭스의 평균 기공크기 미만인 물질.
- 다공성 섬유상 매트릭스와, 평균 지름이 0.1 내지 10μ인 거의 원형의 고체입자 다수(이 입자는 상기 섬유상 매트릭스내에 보유 및 고정된다)를 갖는 물질의 거의 평평한 층(이 거의 평평한 층은 첫번째 샘플-접촉면과, 이 첫번째 면에 맞대어 있는 두번째 면을 갖으며 ; 분석 수행에 이 장치를 사용할 경우, 첫번째 면과 접촉하는 샘플의 적어도 일부가 거의 평평한 층을 통해 두번째 면으로 가도록 장치내에 배치시킨다)으로 이루어진, 체액 샘플중 분석물의 존재 또는 양을 측정하기 의한 결합분석에 유용한 고체-상 분석장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 샘플 체액이 첫번째 면과 접촉하기 전에 여과장치를 통과하도록, 거의 평평한 층의 첫번째 면과 관련하여 배치시킨 여과장치를 더 포함하는 분석장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 거의 평평한 층을 통과하는 체액의 적어도 일부가 흡수장치에 흡수되도록, 거의 평평한 층의 하부면과 관련하여 배치시킨 흡수장치를 더 포함하는 분석장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 흡수장치에 보유된 체액이 거의 평평한 층으로 돌아가는 것을 방지하기 위해서, 거의 평평한 층과 흡수장치 사이에 배치시킨 차단 층을 더 포함하는 분석장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 차단 층이 폴리에틸렌 직물로 이루어진 분석장치.
- 다공성 섬유상 매트릭스와, 평균 지름이 0.1 내지 10μ인 거의 원형의 고체입자 다수(이 입자는 상기 섬유상 매트릭스내에 보유 및 고정된다)를 샘플과 접촉시킴으로써, 샘플중 분석물을 입자에 결합시켜 입자상에 분석물 복합물을 형성시키고 ; 입자상에 복합물을 함유하는 물질을, 분석물 및 지시약 존재시 탐지가능한 반응을 일으킬 수 있는 성분으로 표지된, 분석물과 반응을 일으킬 수 있는 두번째 성분과 접촉시켜, 표지 성분을 입자상의 복합물과 결합시키고 ; 비결합 표지성분을 물질로부터 분리시키고 ; 이 물질을 지시약과 접촉시키고 ; 일어나는 반응을, 샘플중 분석물의 존재 또는 양의 함수로서, 탐지하는 단계로 이루어진, 샘플중 분석물의 존재 또는 양을 측정하기 위한 결합 분석방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 탐지가능한 반응이, 탐지가능한 양의 분석물이 샘플중에 존재할 경우에는 육안으로 탐지가능한 "+"표시이고, 탐지가능한 양의 분석물이 샘플중에 존재하지 않을 경우에는 육안으로 탐지가능한 "-"표시인 분석방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 분석물이 베타-hCG·스트랩-A 항원 또는 HBsAg인 분석방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 입자가 그의 표면상에 샘플중 분석물과 반응할 수 있는 성분을 갖는 분석방법.
- 체액 샘플과, 평균 지름이 약 0.1 내지 5μ인 거의 원형의 고체 입자 다수(이 입자는 그의 표면상에 분석물과 반응할 수 있는 결합성분을 고정시킨다)를 배양시킴으로써, 분석물을 성분에 결합시켜 입자상에 분석물/결합성분 복합물을 형성시키고 ; 이 배양입자와 다공성 섬유상 매트릭스를 접촉시킴으로써, 입자의 적어도 일부를 섬유의 적어도 일부상 매트릭스내에 보유 및 고정시키는 단계로 이루어진, 체액중 분석물의 존재 또는 양을 측정하는데 유용한 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 양의 조절부분이 분석물 결합부분과 상호작용하여 장치를 사용할 경우 양의 시험결과 발생시 첫번째 의미를 갖는 첫번째 표시를 형성하고, 장치를 사용할 경우 음의 시험발생시, 첫번재 표시와 다른 두번재 표시를 형성하도록 배열된, 음의 조절부분, 양의 조절부분 및 분석물 결합부분을 갖는 반응면을 포함하는, 체액 샘플중 분석물의 존재 또는 양을 측정하기 위한 결합분석에 유용한 고체-상 분석장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 양의 조절부분이 직사각형막대 형태로 반응면상에 형성되는 고체-상 분석 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 분석물 결합부분이 양의 조절부분에 대해 십자모양의 두 직사각형막대 형태로 반응면 상에 형성되어, 분석물 결합부분이 양의 조절부분과 함께 "+"표시 형태를 형성하고, 음의 시험결과 발생시 양의 조절부분만이 작용하여 "-"표시를 형성하는 고체-상 분석 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 양의 조절부분과 분석물 결합부분이 점 형태로 형성되는 고체-상 분석 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 음의 조절부분과 양의 조절부분과 분석물 결합부분을 둘러싸는 고체-상 분석장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 분석 수행에 사용하는 체액 샘플과 시약을 받기 위한, 하나 이상의 측벽 및 기저벽(이 기저벽은 분석에 사용하는 단일 용적의 체액 샘플 및 시얄과 동시에 접촉되도록 반응면으로 이루어진다)으로 한정되는 체액실을 갖는 고체-상 분석장치.
