Claims (24)
- 하나의 흡입구와 소정의 행정부피를 가진 하나의 실린더를 포함하는 엔진의 흡기장치에 있어서, 흡입구에 연결된 흡입통로와, 인젝터와 흡입구사이에 있는 흡입폴리넘속에 연료를 분사하기 위하여 흡입통로속에 설치된 인젝터를 포함하고, 인젝터는 흡입폴리넘의 부피가 소정의 행정부피보다 더 크게 위치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 엔진은 각각 흡입구를 가진 복수개의 실린더를 구비하고, 흡기장치는 하나의 공통흡입통로와 각각의 흡입구에 연결된 복수개의 흡입통로를 포함하고, 복수개의 흡입통로의 상류단은 공통통로의 흡입방향에 대하여 등각으로 공통통로에 수렴되는 복수개의 흡입통로와 함께 공통통로에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인젝터와 흡입구사이의 흡입통로는 직선으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 소정의 운전조건에서 인젝터로부터 분사된 연료를 확산하는 연료확산수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 하나의 흡입구와 소정의 행정부피를 가진 하나의 실린더를 포함하는 엔진의 흡기장치에 있어서, 흡입구에 연결된 흡입통로와 인젝터와 흡입구사이에 있는 흡입폴리넘속에 연료를 분사하기 위하여 흡입통로내에 설치되고, 흡입폴리넘의 부피가 소정의 행정부피보다 더 크게되는 위치에 배치되는 상류인젝터 그리고 연료를 분사하기 위하여 흡입구 부근에 있는 흡입통로내에 설치된 하류인젝터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 흡입통로는 상류인젝터와 하류인젝터 사이에 있는 드로틀밸브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 엔진은 각각 흡입구를 가진 복수개의 실린더를 구비하고 흡기장치는 하나의 공통흡입통로와 각각의 흡입구에 연결된 복수개의 흡입통로를 포함하고, 복수개의 흡입통로의 상류단은 공통유입통로의 흡입방향에 대하여 등각으로 공통통로에 수렴되는 복수개의 흡입통로와 함께 공통통로에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 흡입통로는 복수개의 통로로 분리되고, 그중의 하나는 운전조건에 따라서 통로를 열고 폐쇄하는 셔터밸브를 가지고, 하류인젝터는 셔터밸브의 하류에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 하류인젝터는 흡입구의 열림을 따라 소정의 시간이 경고한 후에 연료의 분사를 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 흡기장치속에 환류배기가스량을 조절하는 배기가스 환류조절수단과, 엔진의 경부하운전영역과 중간 부하운전영역에서 환류배기가스량을 증가시키고 또한 하류인젝터로부터 분사된 연료량 대상류인젝터로부터 분사된 연료량의 비율을 증가시키기 위하여 배기가스 환류조절수단과 상류인젝터를 제어하는 제어수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 배기가스 환류조절수단은 실린더로부터 흡기장치속으로의 배기가스 환류량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 배기기스 환류조절수단은 흡입밸브와 배기밸브중의 적어도 하나의 개방타이밍을 변경하는 밸브개방타이밍 변경수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 드로틀밸브는 상류인젝터와 하류인젝터사이에 있는 흡입통로내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 엔진은 각각 흡입구를 가진 복수개의 실린더를 구비하고, 흡기장치는 하나의 공통흡입통로와 각 흡입구에 연결된 복수개의 흡입통로를 포함하고 복수개의 흡입통로의 각각의 상류단은 공통통로의 흡입방향에 대하여 등각으로 공통통로에 수렴되는 복수개의 흡입통로와 함께 공통흡입통로에 연결되고, 2차 드로틀밸브는 수렴부의 상부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 엔진은 각각 흡입구를 가진 복수개의 실린더를 구비하고 흡입장치는 복수개의 흡입통로와 서로서로 복수개의 흡입통로와 연통하는 연통통로를 포함하고, 연통통로는 각각의 흡입통로내에 설치된 드로틀밸브의 하류에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 흡입통로는 상류인젝터와 하류인젝터사이의 드로틀밸브와 드로틀밸브의 상류에 있는 흡입프리넘속으로 배기가스를 유입하는 배기가스 환류수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 배기가스 환류수단은 실린더속에 남아있는 배기가스를 드로틀밸브의 상류의 흡입프리넘속으로 유입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 엔진은 실린더로부터 외부배기가스를 방출하는 배기가스관을 가지고, 배기가스 환류수단은 배기가스 환류도관을 가지고 그것의 일단개구부는 엔진의 배기가스관과 연통하고 그것의 타단개구부는 드로틀밸브의 상류에 있는 흡입프리넘과 연통하여 외부배기가스가 드로틀밸브의 상류에 있는 흡입프리넘속으로 환류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 배기환류도관의 타단개구부는 상류인젝터부근에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 각각의 흡입구를 가지는 복수개의 실린더를 포함하는 엔진의 흡기장치에 있어서, 각각의 흡입구에 연결된 복수개의 흡입통로와, 공통흡입통로의 흡입방향에 대하여 복수개의 흡입통로의 상류단이 등각으로 연결되는 하나의 공통흡입통로와, 연결부속에 또는 연결부의 상류에 설치된 상류인젝터 그리고 각각의 흡입구부근에 설치된 복수개의 하류인젝터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 흡입구와 소정의 행정부피를 가진 4개보다 더 많지 않은 실린더를 포함하는 엔진의 흡기장치에 있어서, 각각의 흡입구에 연결된 흡입통로와, 흡입통로의 상류단이 연결되는 하나의 공통흡입통로와, 연결부의 상류에 설치된 인젝터를 포함하고 인젝터는 흡입구와 연결부사이에 있는 흡입부의 부피와 연결부와 인젝터 사이에 있는 흡입부의 부피의 합이 소정의 행정부피보다 더 크게되는 위치에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
- 흡입구와 소정의 행정부피를 가진 4개보다 더 많은 실린더를 가지는 엔진의 흡기장치에 있어서, 각각의 흡입구에 연결된 흡입통로와 흡입통로의 상류단이 연결되는 하나의 공통흡입통로와 연결부의 상류에 설치된 인젝터를 포함하고, 인젝터는 흡입구와 연결부사이에 있는 흡입부의 부피가 소정의 행정부피보다 더 크게 되는 위치에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.

- 제23항에 있어서, 실린더는 소정의 행정부피를 가지고 인젝터와 흡입구사이의 거리는 소정의 행정부피보다도 더 큰 부피를 가지는 흡입폴리넘을 구비한 흡입통로의 길이보다도 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기장치.
