Claims (1)
- 발광소자와 수광소자 사이의 공간을 통과하는 피검출체를 검지하는 장치에 있어서, 투광렌즈부(21)와 수광렌즈부(23)사이에 제1반사부(22)를 갖는 투명 수지래로 일체로 형성된 제1광학체(2)와, 제2반사부(3a)를 갖고 상기 제1광학체(2)와 대향하여 피검출체가 통과하는 공간을 형성하는 투명수지재로 형성된 제2광학체(3)와, 상기 투광렌즈부(21)을 통하여 빛을 상기 제2반사부(3a)로 방사하는 발광소자(4)와 상기 수광렌즈부(23)를 통하여 입사하는 빛에 따라서 이것을 전기신호로 변환하는 수광소자 (5)를 구비한 구동제어 회로기판(6)을 상자에 일체로 설치하고, 상기 투광렌즈부(21)는 발광소자(4)로부터 빛이 입사되는 비구면의 볼록렌즈로 이루어진 제1투광렌즈 (21a)와 입사한 빛을 제2반사부(3a)로 방사하는 비구면의 원통렌즈로 이루어진 제2투광렌즈(21b)로 구성되고, 상기 수광렌즈부(23)는 수광소자(4)로 빛을 집광하는 비구면의 볼록렌즈로 이루어진 제1수광렌즈(23a)와 제2반사부(3a)로부터 입사되는 빛을 수광하는 비구면의 원통렌즈로 이루어진 제2수광렌즈(23b)로 구성되고, 상기 제1반사부(22)는 진공증착 도금막으로 거울면이 형성된 구면 또는 원통면의 볼록거울로 구성되고 상기 제2반사부(3a)는 진공증착 도금막으로 거울면이 형성된 오목거울로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 검지장치.
