Claims (11)
- 중량%로, Cr을 10∼35% 함유하는 페라이트계 또는 마르텐사이트계 스테인레스강의 연속주조주편 혹은 부분적으로 손질한 주편을 Cr 함유량에 따라서 선택되는 1100∼1300℃의 온도영역에서 또한 산소 농도가 7% 미만인 연소분위기중에서, 예열로부터 노에서 꺼낼때까지 주편이 노내에 있는 시간을 260분 이내로 하여 가열한후, 압연종료온도를 900℃ 이상으로 하여 열간 압연하고, 이어서 최대입경이 400㎛ 이하인 사철등의 연마제를 고압수에 가하여 강판에 분사하는 미캐니칼ㆍ디스케일링을 행한후, 산세척하고 후속하여 로울직경과 압하율의 관계를 제3도에 도시한 ″랩″의 발생이 없는 영역으로 유지하여 냉간압연하고, 이어서 최종소둔하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면광택이 우수하고 발수저항이 큰 스테인레스강 박판의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 열간압연공정의 중간단계에 있어서 고압수등에 의한 디스케일링을 강판에 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 로울직경과 압하율의 관계를 제3도에 도시한 ″랩″의 발생이 없는 영역으로 유지하고, 우선 150mm 이상의 직경을 갖는 워크로울에 의해 냉간압연한 후, 100mm 이하의 직경을 갖는 워크로울에 의해 마무리 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열간압연후, 600℃ 이상의 온도 영역에서 권취하여, 열연판 소둔공정을 생략하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 최종 소둔을 연소가스 분위기중에서 행하고, 이어서 산세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 최종 소둔을 광휘 소둔으로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 열간압연후, 600℃ 이상의 온도영역에서 권취하여, 열연판 소둔공정을 생략하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 최종 소둔을 연소가스 분위기중에서 행하고, 이어서 산세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 최종 소둔을 연소가스 분위기중에서 행하고, 이어서 산세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 최종 소둔을 광휘 소둔으로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 최종 소둔을 광휘 소둔으로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
