Abstract

본 발명은 액정 표시장치의 단락불량의 제거에 관한 것으로, 유리기판에 복수의 게이트 선과 복수의 데이타선이 절연막을 사이에 두고 서로 교차해서 배열되고, 이들의 각 교차점에 인접한 그 게이트 선 및 데이타 선에 연결된 박막 트랜지스터를 개재해서 상기 트랜지스터의 드레인에 접속된 화소가 각각 연결되고, 상기 화소 둘레를 따라 환형으로 형성되는 부가용량부가 게이트선에 연결된 액정 표시장치에 있어서, 상기한 부가용량부 중 인접한 부가용량부를 상호 연결하기 위한 용장연결부를 더 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 종래 액정표시장치보다 향상된 수율을 얻을 수 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
