Abstract

한 모범적인 실시예에서, 무선 전화기(100)와 같은 통신 장치는 수화부와 같은 전기 음향 변환기(201)를 무선 전화기 회로에 전기적으로 연결시키기 위한 장치를 그 하우징(106) 내부에 가지고 있다. 상기 장치는 수화부상의 전도성 접촉부 (241,243)와 인쇄 회로 기판상의 대응하는 전도성 접촉부(205, 208 및 206,207) 모두에 인접하는 전도성 배럴 스프링(213~216)과 같은 탄성 전도 수단을 포함한다. 인쇄 회로 기판(203)에 수동으로 부착된 브래킷(211)은 전도성 배럴 스프링 (213~216)을 위치시켜 상기 무선 전화기(100)의 조립시 수화부(201)와 인쇄 회로 기판(203) 사이에서 압축되도록 한다. 다수의 배럴 스프링(213~216)은 수화부(201)를 위한 안정성과 충분한 전기적 연결을 제공하는데 사용된다. 상기 장치는 제조능력의 개선과 수화부(201)의 간편한 교체를 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 원리에 따른 장치에 합제될 수 있는 통신 장치의 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명의 원리에 따른 상기 장치를 나타내는 제1도의 통신 장치의 분해 사시도, 제3도는 제2도의 배럴(barrel) 스프링을 위치시키기 위한 구멍을 나타내는 제2도의 브래킷의 부분 확대 단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 하우징내에 전기 음향 변환기를 장착하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 제1 및 제2전도성 접촉부가 배치된 표면을 갖는 인쇄회로 기판과, 상기 하우징을 통해 연장된 적어도 하나의 홀을 갖는 하우징의 한 측면과, 전기 음향 인터페이스를 제공하면서 상기 홀에 마주하여 장착된 전기 음향 변환기의 제1면과 적어도 제1 및 제2전도성 접촉부를 갖는 전기 음향 변환기의 제2면과, 상기 전기 음향 변환기의 제1면을 상기 하우징에 밀봉시키는 수단과, 인쇄 회로 기판상의 제1전도성 접촉부와 전기 음향 변환기상의 제2전도성 접촉부 모두에 인접하는 제1탄성 전도수단과, 인쇄 회로 기판상의 제2전도성 접촉부와 전기 음향 변환기상의 제2전도성 접촉부 모두에 인접하는 제12탄성 전도수단을 포함하고, 제1 및 제2탄성 전도수단은 인쇄 회로 기판이 하우징내에 조립될때 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 음향 변환기 장착 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 음향 인터페이스를 상기 홀에 마주하여 위치시키는 수단도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 음향 변환기 장착 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄 회로 기판의 표면과 전기 음향 변환기의 제2면사이에 제1 및 제2탄성인 전도 수단을 위치시키기 위한 수단도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 음향 변환기 장착장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2탄성 전도 수단은 다수의 코일과, 제1 및 제2단부를 가지며, 중심에서의 코일이 제1 및 제2단부에서의 코일보다 큰 직경을 가지는 제1 및 제2전도성 배럴 스프링도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 음향 변환기 장착 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄 회로 기판과 전기 음향 변환기사이의 제1 및 제2탄성 전도수단을 압축시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 음향 변환기 장착 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄 회로 기판의 표면과 전기 음향 변환기의 제2면은 비평행 평면적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 음향 변환기 장착 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄 회로 기판상의 제1 및 제2전도성 접촉부와 전기 음향 변환기상의 제1 및 제2접촉부의 각각의 사이에 충분한 전기 결합을 제공하는 다수의 탄성 전도 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 음향 변환기 장착 장치.
  8. 하우징과 전기 음향 변환기를 갖는 통신 장치에 있어서, 통신 신호 인터페이스 수단과, 적어도 제1 및 제2전도성 접촉부를 가진 인쇄 회로기판을 포함하며 상기 인터페이스 수단에 연결된 송수신 수단과, 상기 하우징을 통해 연장된 적어도 하나의 홀을 갖는 하우징의 한 측면과, 전기 음향 인터페이스를 제공하면서 상기 홀에 마주하여 배치된 전기 음향 변환기의 제1면과 적어도 제1 및 제2전도성 접촉부를 갖는 전기 음향 변환기의 제2면과 전기 음향 변환기의 제1면을 상기 하우징에 밀봉시키는 수단과, 인쇄 회로 기판상의 제1전도성 접촉부와 전기 음향 변환기상의 제1전도성 접촉부 모두에 인접하는 제1 탄성 전도 수단과, 인쇄 회로 기판상의 제2전도성 접촉부와 전기 음향 변환기상의 제2전도성 접촉부 모두에 인접하는 제2탄성 전도 수단을 포함하며, 상기 제1 및 제2탄성 전도수단은 상기 인쇄 회로 기판이 하우징내에 조립될때 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 우징과 전기 음향 변환기를 갖는 통신장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2탄성 전도 수단은 다수의 코일과, 제1 및 제2단부와, 상기 제1 및 제2단부에 있는 코일보다 큰 직경을 갖는 중심 코일을 각각 구비한 제1 및 제2전도성 배럴 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하우징과 전기 음향 변환기를 갖는 통신 장치.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 인쇄 회로 기판의 표면과 전기 음향 변환기의 제2면은 비형팽 평면적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하우징과 전기 음향 변환기를 갖는 통신 장치.
