Claims (12)
- 펜타플루오로에탄 약 5내지 90중량%, 디플루오로메탄 약 5내지 90중량% 및 1종 이상의 테트라플루오로에탄 5내지 90중량%로 이루어지는 3원 플루오로카본 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1,2,2,2- 테트라플루오로에탄 및 1,1,2,2- 테트라플루오로에탄을 함유하는 3원 플루오로카본 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펜타플루오로에탄 약 5내지 59중량%, 디플루오로메탄 약 5내지 59중량% 및 1종 이상의 테트라플루오로에탄 약36내지 65중량%로 이루어지는 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펜타플루오로에탄 약 5내지 59중량%, 디플루오로메탄 약 5내지 59중량% 및 1종 이상의 테트라플루오로에탄 약5내지 35중량%로 이루어지는 비점이 실질적으로 일정한 혼합물.
- 제1항의 혼합물을 응축시키는 단계 및 이어서 이 혼합물을 냉각시킬 물체 근처에서 증발시키는 단계로 이루어지는 냉각 방법.
- 제1항의 혼합물을 가열시킬 물체 근처에서 응축시키는 단계 및 이어서 상기 혼합물을 증발시키는 단계로 이루어지는 열 생성 방법.
- 제1항의 혼합물을 열 전달 매체로서 이용하는 단계로 이루어지는 가열 또는 냉각방법.
- 제1항의 혼합물을 에어로졸 추진제로 이용하는 단계로 이루어지는 유체 분무화법.
- 제1항의 혼합물을 기체상 유전 물질로 이용하는 단계로 이루어지는 전기적 절연방법.
- 제1항의 혼합물을 소화제(消火制)로 이용하는 단계로 이루어지는 소화방법.
- 제1항의 혼합물을 발포제로 이용하는 단계로 이루어지는 발포 중합체 제조방법.
