Abstract

개선된 비점착성 코팅 시스템은 105Paㆍs이상의 용융 점도를 갖는 제1 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 및 102내지 107Pa ·s의 용융 점도를 갖는 제2 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌을 가지며 제 1 폴리테트라플루오로에틸레의 용융 점도가 제 2 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 용융 점도보다 102Pa ·s이상 보다 높은 비처리된 평활한 기판에 도포시켜 농도 구배를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 수지로 이루어지며, 그 중 제1 수지는105Pa ·s이상의 용융 점도를 갖고, 제2수지는 102내지 107Pa ·s 범위의 용융 점도를 가지며, 제1수지의 용융 점도가 제2수지이 용융 점도보다 적어도 102Pa ·s높은 퍼플루오로카본 수지, 폴리아미드 이미드 및 폴리에테르 술폰 수지 중 적어도 하나로 이루어지는 수성 코팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수지의 용융 점도가 1010Pa ·s 이상이고, 상기 제2 수지의 용융 점도가 103-105Pa ·s인 코팅 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수지의 용융 점도가 105MPa ·s 이상이고, 상기 제2 수지의 용융 점도가 102-104Pa ·s인 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로카본 수지가 상기 제1 수지 약 50-90중량% 및 상기 제2수지 50-10 중량%를 함유하는 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 콜로이드상 실리카 약 3-5 중량%, 계면활성제 1-4중량%, 폴리아미드 이미드 수지 15-30 중량% 및 퍼플루오로카본 수지 25-55 중량%로 필수적으로 이루어지고,퍼플루오로카본 수지가 상기 제1수지 60-85 중량% 및 나머지 제2수지로 필수적으로 이루어지는 코팅 조성물.
  6. 코팅이 제1항에 의한 코팅 조성물로 이루어지고, 기판이 코팅 접착성을 방해하는 오염물이 없는 코팅된 기판.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 코팅이 프라이머, 상무 코트, 및 프라이머와 상부 코트 사이의 적어도 하나의 중간 코트로 이루어지는 다층 비점착성 코팅된 기판.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 프라이머가 상기 코팅부 조성물인 코팅된 기판.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상부 코트가 상기 코팅 조성물인 코팅된 기판.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 기판이 코팅 전에 2-5㎛미만의 표면 조도 프로파일을 갖는, 알루미늄, 스테인레스강 및 탄소강으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 금속된 코팅된 기관.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수성 분산액으로부터 생성된 프라이머 코팅이, 그의 두께에 걸쳐 성분이 균일하지 않으나,대향 계면에서 보다 기판과의 계면에서 상기 제1폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 농도가 보다 낮은 코팅된 기판.
