Abstract

Claims (37)

  1. 디지탈 화상이 기억되는 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스 매체로부터 화상을 검색하기 위한 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치로서, 상기 장치는 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스 매체로부터의 디지탈 화상은 제1제어 정보에 따라 판독하기 위한 판독 유닛과, 상기 판독된 디지탈 화상을 상기 디지탈 화상의 시각 표시 재생용 수단을 재생하느데 적절한 화상 신호로 변화하기 위한 호상 처리 유닛과, 상기 디지탈 화상의 재생 채택을 실행하기 위해 제2제어 정보에 따라 판독 디지탈 화상을 변환하는 화상 처리 유닛을 구비하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치에 있어서, 상기 플레이백 장치는 다수의 개별 디지탈 화상에 대해 재생 채택 제어용 제2제어 정보를 제2데이타 베이스 매체에 기억하기 위한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1데이타 베이스 매체는 기록 캐리어 확인을 가진 기록 캐리어를 구비하며, 상기 제2데이타 베이스 매체는 관련된 기록 제어 캐리어 확인과 함께, 기억하도록 구성되며, 기록 캐리어에 기억된 코드 화상용 제2제어 정보와, 기록 캐리어 상에 기록된 기록 캐리어 확인을 검출하는 수단과, 상기 기록 캐리어 확인 검출 후 상기 제2제어 정보를 추출하고 상기 제2제어 정보를 화상 처리 유닛에 전달하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  3. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화상 처리 유닛은 표시 유닛상에서 제2제어 정보에 의해 제한된 확대 계수로 셋팅되어 양호한 재생으로 지정된 코드된 화상부의 확대 표시를 발생하는 화상 처리를 제공하도록 구성되는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화상 처리 유닛은 거리만큼 상기 제2제어 정보에 의해 제한된 방향으로 표시부 유닛상에서 변형될 코드 화상의 표시를 발생하는 화상 처리에 공급되도록 채택되거나 상기 처리 유닛은 칼라 또는 루미넌스를 발생하는 화상 처리를 공급하도록 채택되는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 제1디지탈 베이스 매체에 의해 기억된 디지탈 화상을 제어적으로 억세스하고, 상기 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스로부터 억세스된 디지탈 화상의 내용에 응답하여, 화상의 표시를 제어하기 위한 제어적으로 화상 표시 제어 신호를 출력하는 디지탈 데이타 베이스 억세스 제어기와, 상기 디지탈 데이타 억세스 제어기가 상기 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스로부터 디지탈 화상의 억세싱을 제어하고 표시 제어 신호를 출력하는 제1제어 정보를 기억하는 메모리 수단과, 상기 장치와 상기 제어기에 의해 판독 가능하고 변경 가능한 장치 내용을 제거가능하게 구성된 제2데이타 베이스 매체와, 상기 플레이백 장치로부터 제거된 제2데이타 베이스가 제2제어 정보를 포함하도록 상기 제2제어 정보를 제2디지탈 데이타 베이스에 기억하기 위한 상기 제어기에 결합된 인터페이스 수단을 구비하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 다수의 디지탈 칼라 화상이 기억된 광학 컴팩트 디스크 플레이어를 구비하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2제어 정보는 밝기를 포함하는 하나 이상의 화상 재생 파라미터를 포함하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  8. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2제어 정보는 화상 확대를 포함하여 하나 이상의 화상 재생 파라미터를 포함하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  9. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2제어 정보는 칼라 색조를 포함하여 하나 이상의 화상 재생 파라미터를 포함하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  10. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2제어 정보는 칼라 포화상태를 포함하여 하나 이상의 화상 재생 파라미터를 포함하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  11. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2제어 정보는 보더 및 보더 위치를 포함하여 하나 이상의 화상 재생 파라미터를 포함하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  12. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2제어 정보는 방향을 포함하여 하나 이상의 화상 재생 파라미터를 포함하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  13. 제1항, 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1메모리 수단은 비휘발성 메모리를 구비하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 비휘발성 메모리는 전기적으로 판독가능한 프로그램가능 판독 전용 메모리를 구비하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  15. 제1항, 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 재생 수단은 상기 장치에 의해 이루어지는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 재생 수단은 화상 표시 장치를 구비하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.

  20. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제2제어 정보는 프린트 사이즈를 포함하여 하나이상의 화상 프린트 파라미터를 구비하는 디지탈 화상 플레이백 장치.
  21. 다수의 화상이 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스에 상기 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스 내용을 디지탈화하여 기록하고, 상기 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스의 내용은 상기 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스에 의해 기억된 디지탈 화상을 제어적으로 억세싱하기 위해 디지탈 데이타 베이스 억세스 제어기를 포함하는 화상 플레이백 장치에 의해 판독할 수 있으며, 상기 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스로부터 억세스된 디지탈 화상의 내용에 응답하여 상기 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스로부터 억세스된 화상이 그에 따라 표시되도록 화상 재생 장치의 동작을 제어하는 화상 표시 제어 신호를 제어적으로 출력하는 디지탈 화상 처리 시스템에 사용하기 위해 화상 플레이백 장치가 화상을 표시하기 위해 화상 재생 장치를 야기하는 방법을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 제어기가 상기 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스로 부터 디지탈된 화상 억세싱을 제어하고 재생 장치 제어 신호를 출력하는 제1제어 정보를 기억하는 단계를 구비하며, 상기 방법은 (b) 상기 플레이백 장치와 결합되게 구성되고 플레이백 장치의 내용은 상기 제어기에 의해 판독 가능하고 변경가능하게 제2디지탈 데이타 베이스로 제공하는 단계와, (c) 상기 제2디지탈 데이타 베이스에서, 상기 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스에 의해 기억된 하나이상의 디지탈 화상의 화상 표시 특성을 한정하는 제2제어 정보를 기억하는 단계와, (d) 상기 제2디지탈에 의해 기억된 제2제어 정보를 억세스하고 제2제어 정보에 따라 상기 제1디지탈 데이타 베이스에 의해 기억된 화상의 표시부를 제어하기 위해 상기 제어기를 야기하는 단계를 구비하는 방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 메모리 수단은 상기 플레이백 장치와 결합되어 제거가능하게 구성되고 상기 장치의 내용은 상기 플레이백 장치와 상기 제어기에 의해 판독가능하고 변경가능하므로 상기 제2디지탈 데이타 베이스는 상기 플레이백 장치로부터 제거되어 상기 화상 플레이백 장치의 동작을 제어하는 표시 제어 데이타를 포함하는 방법.
