Abstract

본 발명은 수치 제어 장치에 의해 제어되는 펀치 프레스 기계의 가공 방법에 관한 것으로, 수치 제어 장치로부터 펀치 프레스 기계까지 패턴 형식으로 프로그램된 복수개 제품 가공 지령을 발생시키는 펀치 프레스 기계의 가공 방법에 관한 것이다. 펀치 프레스 기계의 복수개 제품을 펀치하는 가공의 실행이 지령되며, 수치 제어 장치의 메모리 내에 격납된 커스텀 매크로를 독출하고(S3), 공구 교환을 지령한 경우(S4), 소재를 고정하고 있는 가공 테이블을 이동하지 않고 공구를 교환함(S5)과 동시에 가공 순서를 전환시켜서(S6), 하나의 공구로 정방향 또는 역방향의 가공 순서로 실제 가공하고(S7), 커스텀 매크로가 종료하지 않으면 다음의 커스텀 매크로의 실행으로 이동하도록(S9) 했으므로 공구 교환시 불필요한 대기 시간이 배제되어 동작 효율을 높일수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명 따른 펀치 프레스 기계의 가공방법의 한 예를 도시하는 플로우차트, 제2도는 본 발명을 실시하는 수치 제어 장치의 하드웨어 블럭도, 제3도는 복수개 제품을 생산하기 위한 가공 프로그램의 한 예를 도시하는 설명도, 제4도는 한장의 소재를 가공하기 위한 예를 도시한 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. 한장의 소재로부터 복수개 제품을 펀치하기 위한 펀치 프레스 기계의 가공 방법에 있어서, 공률 고정하여 특정 순서에 따라 그리드 위치에서 상기 소재를 펀치하는 단계, 상기 공구에 의한 가공이 종료된 시점에서 공구 교환을 실행하는 단계, 및 상기 순서와 역방향으로 가공을 실행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펀치 프레스 가공 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공구에 의한 가공이 하나의 커스텀 매크로로 지령되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펀치 프레스 기계의 가공방법.
