Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- a)선형 파라핀과 방향족 화합물, 질소 함유 화합물, 황 함유 화합물, 산소 함유 화합물, 착색제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 의 불순물을 함유하는 탄화수소 공급원료를 포함하는 액체 공급스트림을 흡착제에 의해 상기 적어도 하나의 불순물이 흡착되기에 적합한 온도 및 공간 속도를 포함하는 조건하에서 및 적합한 사이클 시간동안 흡착층에서 탈착제 함유 흡착제와 접촉 반응시켜 정제된 탄화수소 공급원료와 일정량의 상기 탈착제를 포함하는 흡착 사이클 유출액을 생성하는 단계; b) 상기 흡착 사이클 유출액중의 상기 탈착제의 양을 모니터하여 상기 공급스트림중의 상기 적어도 하나의 불순물의 양에 상응하는 탈착제 플래토(plateau) 수준을 측정하는 단계; c)상기 흡착 사이클 유출액에서 상기 적어도 하나의 불순물이 누출되고 있으며 상기 흡착제가 상기 적어도 하나의 불순물로 거의 포화되어 불순물이 부가된 흡착제가 생성됨을 암시하는, 상기 탈착제의 양이 상기 탈착제 플래토 수준보다 낮게 강하되는 것으로 측정될때까지 상기 b)단계를 계속 모니터하는 단계를 포함하는 상기 탄화수소 공급원료의 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 불순물이 방향족 화합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 화합물이 상기 공급 스트림에 약 0.1 내지 약 10.0중량%의 농도로 존재하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 화합물이 알킬 치환된 벤젠, 인단, 알킬 치환된 인단, 나프탈렌 테트랄린, 알킬 치환된 테트랄린, 비페닐, 아세나프텐 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 a) 단계의 접촉 반응을 약 20℃ 내지 약 250℃의 공정온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 a) 단계의 접촉 반응을 약 0.1 내지 약 2.5WHSV의 중량시 공간 속도로 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, d) 탈착제를 함유하는 탈착된 흡착제가 생성되도록 상기 불순물이 부가된 흡착제를 탈착제와 약 0.1 내지 약 2.5WHSV의 상기 탈착제에 대한 중량 시 공간 속도로 접촉 반응 시킴을 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 탈착제가 알킬 치환된 벤젠인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 탈착제가 톨루엔을 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 탈착제가 적어도 약 95%의 톨루엔을 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제가 약 6내지 약 15Å의 공극 크기를 갖는 제올라이트인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 모니터 단계 b)가 가스 크로마토그래피 공정을 사용하여 상기 흡착 사이클 유출액을 분석함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 접촉반응 단계 a)를 자동 제어하기 위해, 초임계 유체 크로마토그래피 기법을 사용하여 상기 탄화수소 공급원료를 포함하는 상기 액체 공급스트림을 분석하여 상기 사이클 시간을 측정함을 또한 포함하는 방법.
