본 발명은 자기기록매체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 비자성체 지지체 상에 자성체, 결합제, 연마제, 카본 블랙을 포함한 자성도료를 도포하여 자성층을 형성함에 있어서, 자성도료에 SDBS를 첨가하여 도포하는 것으로 되어 있으며, 이러한 본 발명은 자성입자들간에 적당한 반발력을 부가하는 미량의 SDBS를 추가하여 뉴톤 입자와 같은 이상적이 거동을 하게 함으로써 우수한 자기기록 특성을 갖는 이중 박막층을 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a magnetic recording medium, wherein a magnetic layer containing a magnetic material, a binder, an abrasive, and carbon black is applied onto a nonmagnetic material support to form a magnetic layer.
