Abstract

본 발명은 a)디오르가노폴리실록산을 적어도 하나의 충진제 및 적어도 하나의 코팅제와 혼합하고 b)충진제를 원상태 코팅하고 코팅 반응 전 또는 도중에 과량의 코팅제를 증류에 의해서 연속 분리하고 그의 응축물을 재순환시키고 c)단계 b)로부터의 혼합물을 탈가스시키고 및 임의로, 디오르가노폴리실록산으로 재희석하고,d)단계 c)로부터의 혼합물을 가교제 또는 촉매와 혼합하는 것으로 이루어지며 단계 a) 내지 c)중의 디오르가노폴리실록산의 평균 총 체류시간이 15분 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 가교성 디오르가노폴리실록산 기재의 가요성 실리콘 고무의 연속 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. a)디오르가노폴리실록산을 적어도 하나의 충진제 및 적어도 하나의 코팅제와 혼합하고 b)충진제를 원상태 코팅하고 코팅 반응 전 또는 도중에 과량의 코팅제를 증류에 의해서 연속 분리하고 그의 응축물을 재순환시키고 c)단계 b)로부터의 혼합물을 탈가스시키고 및 임의로, 디오르가노폴리실록산으로 재희석하고, d)단계 c)로부터의 혼합물을 가교제 또는 촉매와 혼합하는 것으로 이루어지며 단계 a) 내지 c)중의 디오르가노폴리실록산의 평균 총 체류시간이 15분 이상인 것을 특징으로하는, 가교성 디오르가노폴리실록산 기재의 가요성 실리콘 고무의 연속 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 헥사메틸디실라잔, 디비닐테트라메틸실라잔 및 물의 코팅제로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 트리메틸실란올, 디메틸비닐실란올 및 소량의 암모니아수 용액 또는 헥사메틸디실라잔/디비닐테트라메틸실라잔/ 물의 혼합물이 코팅제로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 공정 단계들이 여유 부피가 큰 고전단 연속 혼합 기기중에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 비표면적 50㎡/g 이상의 발열성 실리카가 충진 물질로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 c)에서 생성된 혼합물을 두 분류(分流)로 나누고, 한 분류는 촉매 및 디오르가노폴리실록산과 혼합하고, 다른 분류는 가교제, 억제제 및 디오르가노폴리실록산과 혼합하는 것을 하는 방법.
