Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 엔진연료와 같이 점성이 높은 액체의 용기를 정상적으로 이동시킬때는 에어 브리더를 통해 에어가 원활하게 순환되도록 하면서 급가, 감속과 급선회 및 액체용기의 경사와 전복시에는 에어 브리더가 차단되도록 함으로서 액체의 유출을 방지하는 이동식 액체용기의 에어 브리더용 액체누출 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 이는 액체용기의 홀상측으로 고정되는 파이프의 하부에는 다수개의 요홈을 동일원주상에 형성하고 부에는 협경부를 형성하면서 요홈과 협경부사이의 파이프내에 구형상의 부유체를 구비하여 에어 브리더를 구성한후 부유체의 상, 하이동에 따라 에어 브리더가 개폐되도록 함으로써 이룰 수 있는 장치이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 구성을 보인 종단면도, 제2도느 본 발명 제1도의 A-A선 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명 제1도의 B-B선 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 점성이 있는 액체(2)가 담긴 액체용기(1)상단의 홀(3)에 파이프(10)를 부착함에 있어서, 만곡부(11)를 구성하는 상기 파이프(10)의 하부 동일원주상에 등간격으로 요홈(12)을 형성하고 상부에는 협경부(13)를 형성하며 상기 요홈(12)과 협경부(13)사이에 구형상의 부유체(14)를 구비하여서 됨을 특징으로한 이동식 액체용기의 에어브리더용 액체누출 방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 요홈(12)과 협경부(13)사이에 상단과 하단이 각각 반구형인 원기둥형 부유체(14')를 구비하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 이동식 액체용기의 에어 브리더용 액체누출 방지장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 파이프(10)의 하부에 상부와 같은 협경부(13')를 형성하고 부유체(14“)의 하단은 평면으로 형성하며 하단과 측면을 연결하는 T형홀(15)을 부유체(14“)에 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 이동식 액체용기의 에어브리더용 액체누출 방지장치.
