Abstract

본 발명은 패널의 사이즈에 구애됨이 없이 1대의 장비로 사용가능하고 원할한 작동을 실현할 수 있는 음극선관용 패널의 스커트부 이물질 제거장치를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은, 상측면이 경사지고 양측면상에 가이드레일이 설치됨과 아울러 중앙에 스톱퍼를 보유하는 실린더가 설치되는 고정프레임과, 이 고정 프레임상에 위치되어 이동하기 위한 롤러가 설치되어 가이드 레인에 구름접촉되고 상기한 실린더의 작동에 관계하는 브라케트가 저면에 설치되어 있는 가동 프레임과, 상기한 가동 프레임의 전면판에 설치되어 모터의 구동으로 브러시를 회전시켜 패널의 스커트부 이물질을 제거하는 브러싱부와로 구성되는 음극선관용 패널의 스커트부 이물질 제거장치를 제공한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상측면이 경사지고 양측면상에 가이드 레일(10)이 설치되며 상측 중앙부에 스톱퍼(6)를 보유하는 실린더(3)가 설치되는 고정 프레임(1)과, 상기한 가이드 레일(10)에 위치되어 활주하는 롤러(9)가 양측면상에 설치되고 피스톤 로드(5)가 관통하는 브라케트(8)가 저면에 설치되는 가동 프레임(2)과, 중량추(23)를 보유하는 레버(24)와 브러시(15)를 보유하는 아암(18)이 일체로 형성되어 핀(25)에 의해 상기한 가동 프레임(2)의 전면상에 요동가능하게 결합하고 상기한 브러시(15)가 설치되는 회전축(16)은 모터(M)와 체인전동이 가능하게 연결되어 이루어지는 브러싱부(14)와로 구성되는 음극선관용 패널의 스커트부 이물질 제거장치.
