Abstract

본 발명은 당근모상근을 이용하여 과산화효소를 생산하는 방법으로, MS배지에 자당 2~5%(W/V)및 리진등의 아미노산 40~70mM을 첨가조성한 1차 성장배양액에서 모상근을 배양한후, 성장생체를 MS 배지에 자당 12~15%(W/V)및 2- 메톡시페놀등의 유도체 0.2~0.5mM을 첨가조성한 2차 생산배양액에 옮겨 배양 활성화시킴으로서 짧은시간에 대량으로 생산하는 잇점을 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 당근모상근을 MS 배지에 자당 2~5%(W/V) 및 아미노산 40~70mM을 첨가하여 조성한 성장 배양액에서 9{12일간 배양한후, 성장 생체를 MS 배지에 자당 12~15%(W/V) 및 유도체 0.2~0.5mM을 첨가하여 조성한 생산 배양액에 옮겨 3~15일간 배양활성화시킴을 특징으로한 과산화효소의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유도체가 2-메톡시페놀, 피로기톨, 카데콜, 2- 아미노페놀 및 2.4-디클로로페놀에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로한 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산이 리진, 루우신, 글루타민, 글루타민산 및 아스파라진증에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로한 방법.
