Abstract

대경 디스크가 디스크 드라이브에 삽입될 때, 직경 감지 탐침은 대경 먼로크 가동 디스크 가이드를 검출하고 상기 가이드를 대경 디스크 통로를 조장하는 레벨로 분리시킨다. 상기 가이드는 대경 디스크가 장치로부터 해체되는 시간까지 소경 디스크를 안내하는 위치로 복귀하는 것을 방지한다. 드라이브에 장착된 레버 수단은 장착된 디스크의 직경에 응답하여 장착된 디스크의 직경에 비례하는 형상을 취한다. 레버 수단은 대경 디스크가 안내될 때까지 소경 디스크에 적합한 형상으로 로크된다. 그 순간에 레버 수단이 해체된다. 상기 수단은 디스크의 외주면 엣지를 감지하고 이러한 배열을 큰 직경에 적합한 형상으로 유지시키는 수단을 구비한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예의 사시도.
제2도는 본 실시예의 요부를 형성하는 프레임장치를 도시한 사시도.
제3도는 장치의 두 주 프레임장치 사이의 연결부를 상세히 도시한 제1도의 구조의 하주면을 도시한 저면도.
제6도는 상호 작동하는 로딩 로울러와 가이드판 사이의 관계를 도시한 정면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 크기가 다른 디스크를 로딩하기 위한 디스크 로딩 장치에 있어서, 드라이브내에 디스크가 도입되는 로딩 슬롯과, 로딩 슬롯에 배치되고, 중앙부와 2개의 경사진 축방향 단부를 구비한 로딩 롤러와, 로딩 슬롯에 배치되고, 로딩 롤러와 병렬로 배치된 오목면을 갖는 가이드 판을 포함하며, 상기 중앙부는 롤러의 축방향 단부의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지며, 상기 2개의 축방향 단부는 중앙부로부터 롤러의 단부까지 경사져 있으며, 상기 가이드판은 드라이브내에 적개되는 디스크가 가이드 판에 의해 제1면상에 접촉되고 로딩 롤러에 의해 대향의 제2면상에 접촉되는 방식으로 로딩 롤러에 대해 배치되며, 상기 가이드 판 및 로딩 롤러는 디스크가 외주 엣지부에서만 접촉되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 로딩 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가이드 판은 로딩 롤러를 향하여 편의되는 방식으로 로딩 슬롯에 탄성가능하게 장착되며, 상기 가이드 판에는 상기 경사진 축방향 단부 및 로딩 롤러가 수납될 수 있는 오목부가 형성되며, 상기 오목부는 로딩 롤러의 축방향 단부가 오목부에 수납될 때 가이드 판 및 로딩 롤러가 크기가 다른 디스크의 최소 직경 디스크를 로딩하기에 적합한 거리로 이격되도록 로딩 롤러와 유사한 크기 및 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 로딩 장치.
