Claims (10)
- 두 종류의 방사 수지를 분패판(3)에 제각기 새겨진 분배홈으로 도입하기 위한 방사 수지 도입홈을 가지는 방사 수지 공급판(2)과, 방사 수지 공급판(2)에서 공급된 방사 수지를 분배하기 위한 분배홈을 가지는 분배판(3)과, 후면에 새겨진 분리판(4)을 수용하기 위한 공동(13)과 또 복합 성분을 도입하기 위한 홀(14)과 공동(13)의 바닥면(X)상에 연속적으로 구멍난 방사 노즐(15)을 가지는 노즐판(5)과, 상기 다른 방사 수지를 조합하기 위한 함류홈(17)이 홈의 길이방향에 교차되고 또 함류홈(17)이 방사 노즐(15)의 중심축상에 위치설정될 수 있도록 새겨진 바닥부를 가지는 분리판(4)과, 노즐판(5)둘레에 제공되고 방사 노즐(15)의 출구를 향한, 가스를 스푸팅하기 위한 클리어런스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병행 복합 용융 취입 방사용 방사구금 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배판(3)의 분배홈은 분배판(3)의 후면의 길이방향으로 새겨지고, 상기 노즐판(5)의, 방사 수지를 수용하기 위한 홈(13)으로 방사 수지를 안내하기 위한 분배홀은 분배홈내에 구멍나 있으며, 상기 분리판(14)의 각 합류홈(17)사이에는 격리벽이 형성되고, 상기 노즐판(15)둘레에 제공되고, 가스의 클리어런스를 제어하기 위한 판(6)과 조즐판(5)사이에는 가스를 스푸팅하기 위한 클리어런스가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 병행 복합 용융 취입 방사용 방사구금 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리판(4)의 합류홈을 격리하기 위한 벽의 바닥면(K)은 노즐판(5)의 공동의 바닥면(X)에 조밀하게 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 병행 복합 용융 취입 방사용 방사구금 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 좁은 클리어런스(D1)는 상기 분리판(4)의 합류홈을 격리하기 위한 벽의 바닥면(K)과 노즐판(5)의 공동의 바닥면(X)사이에 제공되고, 방사 수지의 압력을 제어하기 위한 홈(12)의 폭(W3)보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 병행 복합 용융 취입 방사용 방사구금 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 좁은 틀리어런스(D1)는 상기 분리판(4)의 합류홈을 격리하기 위한 벽의 바닥면(K)과 노즐판(5)의 공동의 바닥면(X)사이에 제공되고, 방사 수지의 압력을 제어하기 위한 홈(12)의 폭(W3)과 홈(17)의 깊이 (D2)중 어느쪽이라도 보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 병행 복합 용융 취입 방사용 방사구금 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분리판(4)의 합류홈의 깊이(D2)는 방사 수지의 압력을 제어하기 위한 홈(12)의 폭 (W3)보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 병행 복합 용융 취입 방사용 방사구금 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분리판(4)의 합류홈을 격리하기 위한 벽의 바닥면(K)은 노즐판(5)의 공동의 바닥면(X)에 조밀하게 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 병행 복합 용융 취입 방사용 방사구금 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 좁은 클리어런스(D1)는 상기 분리판(4)의 합류홈을 격리하기 위한 벽의 바닥면(K)과 노즐판(5)의 공동의 바닥면(X)사이에 제공되고, 방사 수지의 압력을 제어하기 위한 홈(12)의 폭(W3)보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 병행 복합 용융 취입 방사용 방사구금장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 좁은 클리어런스(D1)는 분리판(4)의 합류홈을 격리하기 위한 벽의 바닥면(K)과 노즐판(5)의 공동의 바다면(X)사이에 제공되고, 방사 수지의 압력을 제어하기 위한 홈(12)의 폭(W3)과 홈(17)의 깊이(D2)중 어느쪽이라도 보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 병행 복합 용융 취입 방사용 방사구금 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 분리판(4)의 합류홈의 깊이(D2)는 방사 수지의 압력을 제어하기 위한 홈(12)의 폭(W3)보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 병행 복합 용융 취입 방사용 방사구금 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
