Abstract

(A)폴리아세탈 수지, (B)열가소성 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머, 및 (C) 분자내에 적어도 3개의 히드록실기를 갖는 다가 알콜을, 180~250℃의 온도에서, 용융 상태로 전단하에 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물의 제조방법이 개시되어 있다. 상기 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물은, 용접부에서의 인장 강도 및 파단 신도와 충격 강도와 같은 각종 물리적 성질간의 균형이 뛰어난 사출 성형품을 제공한다.

Claims (8)

  1. (A)폴리아세탈 수지, (B)열가소성 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머, 및 (C)분자내에 적어도 3개의 히드록실기를 갖는 다가 알콜을, 180~250℃의 온도에서, 용융 상태로 전단하에 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아세탈 수지(A), 열가소성 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머(B) 및 다가 알콜(C)을 하기 방정식을 만족시키는 중량비로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아세탈 수지 (A)가 0. 01이상의 용융 지수를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 엘라쉐토머(B)가, 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리올을 0. 5 내지 2 NCO/OH 몰비로 반응시킴으로써 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 다가 알콜 (C)이 분자내에 3~100개의 탄소원자를 갖고 3~50개의 히드록실기를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 1~104sec-1의 전단 속도하에 혼합을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 정의된 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
  8. 제7항의 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물의 사출 성형품.
